I’ve never had such diss respect from a company like this ever. The person I had the miss fortune to speak to deserves a proper slap. As for the food very disappointing you need to step up not only with your staff but also with your quality of service and food

Ordered two pizzas and mozzarella sticks through just eat. Was indicating it would be delivered at around 8pm. Arrved earlier but one pizza that should have been ham and mushroom was just cheese. Have tasted better cheese pizzas unfortunately. Likely to go back to where ordered before

Popped in tonight and bought the "Hot and Spicy" 14" for £7, absolute bargain! Only took around 10 minutes from ordering, very tasty and not greasy at all. I will definitely be back!

Base Pizza never answer their phone! They must lose many customers.

We have ordered for collection here 5 times now. We aren’t local but go to card game event every so often in the area. Every time we order it’s always ready for collection on time, food is always hot, customer service is always friendly & the food is delicious. Partner has the meat feast pizza, he is a big pizza lover & says it’s always really tasty. My son usually has mozzarella sticks & chips which he enjoys but yesterday he had the garlic bread with pepperoni & he said it was 10/10 delicious. I have cheesy chips in pitta, one of my favourite comfort foods & i would rate pizza base bexhill my favourite as the chips are always so crispy & always plentiful cheese, i have had many times at other places soggy chips yuk! But never at pizza base. We highly recommend this place ☺️

Garlic bread with cheese and pepperoni was superb. Double pepperoni needed more pepperoni but was good.

Ordered 2 pizza’s and 2 meal deals, told 45 mins, an hour and a half later food arrived, don’t charge what’s on the menu saying prices have changed, pizzas over cooked and then must of sat for an hour so only just warm, burger was warm and chips were like rubber, don’t know if owners have changed but food is dire from them will no longer use them after using for 7 years

Terrible service.....not clean ......manager not a nice person....not willing too make any compromises for vegetarians.......

Pizza came with the most frugal of tomato sauce. Literally must have spread it on the pizza with a knife .Tried to explain to owner but he just put the phone down on me. Told me some customers prefer hardly any tomato sauce on a cheese and tomato pizza and I should have requested more sauce? Shame.

Probably one of the worse pizzas I've had.... We was working in Sidley that evening.... Looked the part but was just tasteless also they don't take card. So be expected to walk across the road to the cash machine

Food was decent today. The deal has now changed to £6 and only pizzas from the set menu, not 4 toppings of your choice. The pizza had lots of flavour, but I was really confused by the pineapple garnish. It wasn't cooked in with the toppings, but pieces were placed on top. Never known that before!

Have always used this place, even now when I live in hastings I come and get my dinner from here. Never had an issue love the food from here!!

Pizza was less good today. Flavours weren't as good and ingredients were sparse. My very hungry daughter left most of hers as she said hers was tasteless. I get it's £5, but it was better before Christmas.

Food was cold apart from two burgers. Order was made on Monday night by my husband. Rang to complain, was told boss would ring back in 2 minutes... No phone call made. Very poor customer service.

We needed the pizza from here! Such a great deal of £5 collection of any size pizza. Waited about 10 minutes for the pizzas to be cooked. Really tasty. Definitely visiting again soon.

Telephone order for delivery. Told would be half hour. Hour later no food. Called them up the person on the phone was very very rude. Another half hour later the food arrived. Smelt delish and tasted delish until I found a hair in my pizza and my son found plastic in his chips and hair. Called them back up and they said that they would make us new. I told them I didn't want new (after waiting soo long for our original order) I wanted some money back. They basically called me a liar. After a few words they offered a bit of a refund that the delivery driver was to drop off... and surprise surprise no refund. I wasn't holding out hope that they would drop it off.

Delicious; prices are reasonable and they have wide range of takeaway food

Never ever going here again they are so rude. The man started to shout at me because he did the pizza wrong when I asked for bbq base and got tomato base and not a lot of meat. I called and said to them about it so they said u can have a new one and will be done in 10 mins and when I got there it had only just been put in the oven so I had to wait 15 mins and when I got the new one it was the same but with bbq base so I said about it and he got the other one and threw it on the counter and ripped up to show me there is meat underneath the cheese and started getting really rude to me so I told him straight and told him I’ll be put a bad review it and said it’s not very good customer service and then he started go at me so I just left the store

This is our Third order from PIZZA BASE via JUST EAT, we are fussy about Pizza And these guys are the top of the league! Compared to other larger pizza companies, they really are top of the game, for value, taste, presentation, popping hot food, variety and even comes with a cute little plastic table In the middle of the pizza so none of the cheese gets stuck to the lid of the box. I can’t fault them. THANK YOU for making our Friday Night Take Away enjoyable again😊

Not only a great tasting pizza a bargain at only £5 will be going there again

We found this pizza place while on holiday when we were looking for take away food delivery. We found it on Just Eat but decided to call them direct. They took our order and 2 x 12" pizzas were delivered within 30 minutes just as they had said. The pizzas were delicious, piping hot and rival anything that you would get from any of the big pizza chains. I just wish they could deliver where we live when we go home as we would not use Dominoes pizza ever again. Well done guys, keep up the great work and delivering GREAT PIZZAS👍

Wow. Just had pizza from base in sidley. Bloody marvellous. Really hot and full of flavour. Probably the best pizza I have eaten in years.

The best food me and my other half have ordered by a long shoot. The care that goes into the food and the presentation is very good it’s the little things that count and they do that. Definitely recommend 10 stars.

I have recently found out that the woman who works there gossips about people behind their backs, and takes the Mickey out of them. She also twists things she's told or has heard. She has done this to me and a couple of my friends. Please, don't converse with her, just order!

Got order wrong and lied! Had a few pizzas from here over the last year and normally a good pizza. Just had my 1st one delivered and they got my order wrong. When I phoned instead of apologising and offering to put it right, the lady blatantly lied to me and made excuses. Wouldn’t normally mind, and apology and discount next time normally suffices but to be lied to is not on and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future!

I recently got a pizza from this shop and it was lovely. Fresh and pineapple was juicy and the price was reasonable too not like a other well know chain that rip you off! I had pizza chips and drink £7.20 bargain

Foul my partner found a hair in her chips which spoilt the meal Thier card machine was not working so said to pop money in only had the check even after completing are we going to pay said no but off a fuss but then they said ok don't pay same as food is normally good have to find a new take away shop now

Didn't even get as far as ordering. The lady on the phone was so rude after telling me she is too busy to tell me what is on the menu and to come to the shop to get a menu. Not everyone can drive or get around as easy as others. She had no time for me what so ever. Never ordered from here and also won't ever attempt to again.

OMG where do I start soggy tasteless and over cooked. I've had far superior frozen pizza from lydl for a fraction of the cost Not impressed!

I've used this regularly and have never been disappointed, chips are never re dipped always fresh full of flavour, macaroni cheese is delicious , lasagna is fabulous and the wraps are lovely x

Every one loves a great pizza and pizza base is a great one... The bottom is not soggie... It's always hot even with delivery ( which I may add is free) and I've always got clear plates afterwords

Esta es la mejor pizzería comprar lejos en la zona local a un precio razonable. El personal es amable y servicial, y la comida cocinada a la orden rápidamente. Sé de amigos que vienen a zona de Polegate causa justa son tan agradables poco extrema pero son agradables.
