Best Italian restaurant in Manchester? Probably yes! The place is very elegant, nice, clean and well-kept. The food is very good, well served and well presented. The service is also good and the staff is really professional and friendly. Loredana is definitely the best server ever you can ever. Definitely a nice place to go

High quality Italian food at a fair price and with amazing service. Very beautiful place. I recommend it.

Amazing food and drink , good atmosphere

A rather disappointing experience with this restaurant within Selfridges. 1. Prices are not proportional to its tiny portion of food 2. Food are flavourless even for deep fried squid 3. All food was served luke warm to cool 4. There is a discretionary 12.5% charge which is already added to the bill. Sadly we will not be returning nor recommending it to friends

My husband and I regularly go to Via Roma for dinner and we have never had a bad meal yet, the food is always freshly made and served piping hot to the table. We have taken friends and family to the restaurant and everyone has commented about how lovely the food is. We have even had our steak and pasta to takeaway. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the staff are lovely, attentive but without being intrusive, we tell all our friends, family and even the taxi drivers to go!

Este lugar tenía un servicio terrible, no proporcionaba con el helado que había pagado hasta que me quejé de ello, no puso ningún esfuerzo en mi comida / gofre y era demasiado caro. En general no vale la pena la molestia y la comida era en general mediocre, no recomendaría.

If I could give 10 starts I would. It was absolutely perfect. Such a lovely setting, food amazing and service great. I would thoroughly recommend it Wish we lived closer, would be a regular customer there
