Called in today Saturday for lunch and was very disappointed in the overall experience. Ordered a starter for two then pizza and salad to share. All the food turned up at once and when waiter was told he just walked away. So we eat pizza from a starter bowl. Overall the place is nice to look at but the service and food is not great. Wouldn’t recommend and safe your money. Very poor 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

In fairness I must say we ate here twice. The first night milkshakes and my overall rating was below 4.0 but because of food. But because I do not like the mall environment for eating. However in our second visit we did crepes and a waffle. The food was 5 completely but again overall 4 because it is still in the mall. Worth trying. Large servings and attractively prepared

My husband and I regularly go to Via Roma for dinner and we have never had a bad meal yet, the food is always freshly made and served piping hot to the table. We have taken friends and family to the restaurant and everyone has commented about how lovely the food is. We have even had our steak and pasta to takeaway. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the staff are lovely, attentive but without being intrusive, we tell all our friends, family and even the taxi drivers to go!
