The best restaurants serving Italian food in County Durham North East

The food was good lovely typical Italian food The staff were friendly , the young Italian waitress very nice But it was very slow and they weren't full But the upstairs room was freezing not good when you are eating . We did mention this and the waitress went to a cupboard to up the heating ..we weren't the only people complaining one lady told us she was keeping her coat on . This made us want to leave early so we missed desert and coffee ..not good Also we had 2 elderly people with us and the stairs to up stairs were steep and had to clime...book downstairs if you have any mobility problems

Excellent food quick service and staff very friendly The food is hot and you get a great portion. Would recommend the parmo

It was OK. Well presented but the food lacked flavour and was disappointing. Staff were polite, helpful and the place was clean. Maybe I just went too soon before they had a chance to iron out the wrinkles.

The chicken kebab was disgraceful, chicken so tough and overcooked not even a hand full of salad would never order that again

Decent. Only 4 stsr due to parmo being slightly cold.

Ordered food and got it burnt around the the side of the pizza cut the crust off tried to eat it to get a mouth full of hair lets say pizza is now in the bin domt no what is going on but it was nice at 1 point but now its gone down hill. As seen hair is cooked into the pizza . 🤢🤢
