The best restaurants serving Italian food in Tower Hamlets London

I absolutely love Sleazy Pizza. We come loads after work for a 12 inch dream! The staff are great and the food is banging. Can't recommend more!!

This little gem is an absolute must visit if your enjoy hand made French patisserie and delicious food. The coffee is very pleasant.

Not an easy place to find (at the back of an industrial estate, through a locked door, down a corridor and up some stairs) but well worth the effort. The food is amazing. Not fancy, but perfectly executed. And most importantly, delicious. The staff are friendly, relaxed and efficient. Wine list is varied with a good range of prices. We'll be back!

Had a wonderful dinner in BOB il Gusto. Although short staffed this caused no issues as the service was fantastic, as was shared Mushroom, Napoli pizza nd fresh Lobster, Seafood linguine, Salmon pasta. It was absolutely delicious, Would highly recommend. Amazing experience first time ever coming this place, located 1 min away from Altab Ali park, its Halal place, theme rock music decorate, especially If you like real fresh Italian Pasta, pizzas available also smashed burgers too. Would definitely return to try all Italian desserts and recommend :)

Walking through London we stopped for a coffee and ended up having breakfast because everything looked so good. Delicious coffee, excellent service.

Emilia’s Crafted Pasta near the Tower of London is fantastic! The fresh, handmade pasta is packed with authentic Italian flavors. I had the ravioli, and it was cooked to perfection—rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious meal!

We were back in the area for a couple of weeks catching up with friends. Top of the list was this fabulous restaurant. Finished up eating there three times with different friends. Last Friday, my friends and I had an amazing evening. The food was exquisite, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place, as the environment by the river is truly captivating too. A special thank you to the manager, Ali, who found a place for our big group even without a reservation.
