Took my girlfriend here for Valentines. The ambience was exquisite, and despite the restaurant being busy, service was smooth and the food was truly outstanding. The staff were utterly professional and made the evening one to savour.

Another fantastic meal at our favourite restaurant in Canary Wharf. In the heart of the financial quarter, America Vespucci offers an extensive menu of delicious Italian food and fantastic value for money. The service is always wonderful and you get a great dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant too highly and am already looking forward to my next visit.

La comida era todo maravilloso y nuestro grupo tenía una variedad de entrantes, principales, postres, junto con vino, cerveza y un par de cócteles. Todos en el grupo dijeron lo encantadora que fue la comida.

Overall, the experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile by the staff. Oscar took care of us throughout the night, always attentive to our table and giving us great menu recommendations. The food was delicious, with generous portions and great value for the price. Overall a very pleasant experience at this restaurant, staff were attentive and informative, giving a good recommendation for the wine. The food was excellent, tasty and well presented, although the portions of the ravioli I ordered were quite small and I didn’t feel were particularly good value for money. Ambience of the restaurant is good and I would recommend it as a good place to eat authentic Italian food.

I have been to this restaurant a few times and it never fails to please. The staff are so friendly, the food is wonderful, with such a varied menu and the little touches they gave for our friend who was celebrating a big birthday was such a lovely touch.

A beautiful setting and very pleasant staff but my meal ~ Risotto was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere.

This is our favourite restaurant in Canary Wharf and our recent visit did not disappoint. The menu offers a wide selection of choices and our food was superb and very good value. The wine selection was excellent but it is the outstanding service that makes the evening such a great experience . Not only is the service very helpful but is wonderfully friendly. Will be back asap.

We have been to this restaurant twice a year for well over 10 years we have never been let down by this wonderful family restaurant. The food and drink are always excellent and the staff and management look after us as though we are part of the family, for those not familiar with the area it may be difficult to find but it is definitely worth the effort to find it as you will not be let down.

We really enjoyed going to this restaurant. Location is great with views of the wharf. Food was delicious. Well presented and tasty. Wine list and cocktails is great as well. And the service, especially for us a party of over 20, was superb. Highly recommended for big or small parties.

I ordered the Penne Arrabbiata and asked if prawns or shrimp could be added, as I’m not vegan and there were no meat options available. Unfortunately, the dish was a letdown. The sauce was incredibly thin, resembling something straight out of a tin, with no effort to thicken it using pasta water or anything else. The result was a watery sauce that failed to cling to the pasta at all. Disappointing overall.

Nice little Italian restaurant, that's been there since almost the start of Canary Wharf. The service is always friendly and the food is tasty. The menu is comprehensive and offers plenty of choice. Decent choice if you are around and looking for Italian.

Had a great 3 course lunch here, the first 2 courses were great but unfortunately I chose the wrong thing for desert and I didn't eat it. The waitress asked what was wrong and I told her it was fine the food had been great, I had just chosen the wrong desert. She brought the bill and had still knocked the desert of the bill. What great service, turns a business lunch into a memorable experience.

Wow, the best food we have eaten in a long while. Authentic, fresh & delicious 😋 the restaurant is really pretty & just the right size & the service was amazing 👏 The gentleman that served us tonight (wish I had his name) was so lovely. He helped us with our food choices & nothing was too much trouble. We were a party of 6 & nothing was left on our plates. There is so much choice on the menu to suit all including lots of vegetarian choice which was perfect for myself & my husband. We had the Ravioli neri al granchio & the Spaghetti all 'Ortolana (without the pancetta) amazing, we will be recommending to friends & family & we'll be back again soon. Thanks for a great evening.

Lovely restaurant, great location, staff friendly, helpful and and happy. Food was delicious and good value for money. I was celebrating my birthday and was surprised with my Tiramisu with sparkler and singing. The only downside was that we were seated next to a table of six women drinking wine and being extremely loud. The couple next to us felt the Same . We couldn’t hear each other speak and we rushed our food to get away. We will definitely come back but be mindful of where we are seated. Couples dining next to large groups is a no no.

They know how to do it. Staff excellent. Food good. Wines; slightly small seletion but I found enough wines that work well enough and they were good. Overall - good as ever.

The food and service were impeccable. Had shared starters, a main course each, a bottle of wine and coffees all for less than £50 each. Tables were all set out with pristine white linen and tea lights and looked lovely. Would highly recommend.

This is a real family run restaurant, Great italian food and the service is excellent its like visiting an old friend.

Elegant Italian Restaurant in London, in the Canary Wharf area, whose terrace overlooks a wide Canal surrounded by modern, tall office buildings 🏢. Very friendly service. Elegant British public at noon. Excellent Minestrone Soup, a little 🌶️ spicy. Very good Sicilian Lasagna and Sea Bass (Branzino). The 🍦 Ice Creams are very good and decorative.

Another superb experience at Amerigo Vespucci restaurant. Each course was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented, the wines good value and the service, excellent. We have been many times, it is consistently brilliant and a place we love to go back to.

La lasaña siciliana fue increíble y la pasta pesto fue una de las salsas más sabrosas que he probado. Había un buen ambiente y el personal era amable y atento. Pensamos que era muy razonable para la calidad de la comida presentada. Voy a recomendar este restaurante en mi sala de información para los visitantes de Londres.

Discovered this place by accident in 2022 and it has become my favourite Italian restaurant. I have taken my Husband, family, best friends to this spot and will continue as long as they remain. The best place for great Italian food, even better service and an intimate atmosphere. Probably one of my favourite places to eat!

Pleasure to return to Amerigo. A Canary Wharf favourite for my Wife and I. Having been to Italy for the first time recently and had some super food there, I can say that the food at Amerigo is on a par with the food in Italy. It brings authentic Italian food to the UK. Great service and we always receive a warm welcome.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant! I had my birthday dinner here with a few friends and it was great! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very jovial. I had looked at the reviews and menu before coming and had my eyes set on the seafood pasta and it did not disappoint! The waiters were very nice and welcoming, they also served me with a complimentary cocktail as it was my birthday. I would definitely come again Also a big Thank you to John who was very patient with me and helped me through out, when making and amending my booking :) Thanks a lot! ✨

Not my type of restaurant. As an Italian, this restaurant does not deliver what I consider a good experience. A mix of old short cuts in the preparations, eg. abundant use of cream and condiments and imprecise cooking makes everything generic and pretty tasteless.

I have been here 4/5 time, lunch time & evening. Always 10 out if 10.

This is by far our favourite restaurant in Canary Wharf, we go back time and time again. Jon, Jack and the team are always on point and the food is consistently excellent. You are never rushed or told you need to give up your table which is a huge plus. Try it you won’t regret it 😁

Ugh. Chef Boy-R-Dee. Penne Arabiatta where i asked if they could add prawns or shrimp (since I’m not vegan and they didn’t offer an y alternative w/meat). Thin sauce like out of a can. Pasta water or anything to thicken the sauce so at least a minimal cling to the pasta. Nothing. Sigh. Bunch of cooks. No chefs.

We had such a lovely evening. The staff were so lovely and the food was delicious. The gamberoni was delicious, the garlic bread is amazing and the mushroom risotto was fab. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the duck pasta was beautiful. We’ll definitely be back!

I had dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday on Wednesday, and the restaurant was already quite crowded. Luckily, we had booked in advance, otherwise, I doubt we would have got a table. I arrived 5 minutes early with a birthday cake and wasn’t sure if the restaurant would allow us to have it there. Fortunately, they did, and even helped to make it a surprise for my friend. I brought candles, and they added their own sparkling candles, which was a lovely touch. They also helped us by cutting the cake into individual slices. I forgot to ask the name of the older lady who served us initially, but I want to thank her for helping make my friend’s birthday so special. My friend smiled a lot and was so happy. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere, as it was a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected with a fully booked restaurant and limited space. The food was amazing – I fell in love with the seafood pasta and tiramisu. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

It was lovely to return to the Amerigo Vespucci since September and we were delighted as always not only with the high quality and excellent wine selection but the superb service. The value is really good considering the quality and the area of the restaurant. We will be back as soon as we are in Loondon.

First time visit and I can see why it was packed when restaurants close by were quiet. One of the best lunches all year, with amazing authentic Italian food, super efficient yet discreet service and huge value for money. 100% I'll be back.

Food is great especially considering it’s in Canary Wharf.

First time here and have to say I was very impressed with the food, service and the ambience of the restaurant. We had the Seared King Scallops and Crab Ravioli as starters and both were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. My rack of lamb was supplemented with black truffle mash and broccoli and again the flavours from the balsamic and honey jus were sublime. My lime and lemon cheesecake wasn't as tangy as I would like it but the margarita cocktail more than made up for it. It's not cheap here but you definitely get what you pay for.
