street food, piccola cucina su un ape piaggio, inventiva italiana nel mercato di Spitalfields, pasta ottima, ben cotta al dente, sughi eccellenti, poche ricette ma tutte di qualita' due cuochi bravissimi e simpatici a rotazione italiani , costi contenuti, meritano un bravo

During an early morning walk, I discovered a wonderful place: Spitalfields Market. Immediately I notice the food truck Tre Rote and i start to ask some information to Federico, the owner, I want to thank him for his passion, availability and the way he explained th secrets of his express kitchen (for sure pasta Carbonara is the top). Next time (in two weeks I'll be back in London) I will have lunch over there !!

Nel caratteristico mercato di Spitalfields pasta decisamente buona cucinata al momento, porzioni abbondanti e prezzo onesto. Proprietari cordiali, un posto da consigliare per chi vuole fare una pausa veloce durante la visita della città. Carbonara super!

Una carbonara, preparada en tiempo real, como nunca antes aquí en Londres. No es fácil hacer una buena carbonara, pero conocen todos los secretos para obtener siempre lo mejor. ¡Gracias!

Porzioni abbondanti, cottura espressa, simpatia. Carbonara e gnocchi alla sorrentina davvero buoni! Prezzi adeguati :)

We had pasta in the market there. It was cooked to perfection, and was delicious. I highly recommend to eat there if you get to bricklane!

Superb pasta bolognese. Cooked to perfection with great seasoning and cheese on top. Very good size dish for only 7 pounds.

Venuto per salutare uno dei due soci.. Abbiamo preso la pasta al sugo semplice per il bambino e visto che ogni porzione sono due etti di pasta ed il giorno dopo ero di maratona.. Ho assaggiato anch io.. Fantastica! Sugo semplice meglio che in Italia e cottura ottima... Bravi... Speriamo di rivederci presto in quel del mercato di spiralfieds che a Londra siamo di casa.. Magari per la prossima maratona

The best pasta I have had outside of Italy - made with no cream and is just delicious! I come here to treat myself for lunch sometimes, and it has never disappointed.

Wastemlted away from my normal pizza and had a pasta with Bolognese sauce. The pasta was cooked freshly in front of me to perfection. This may be a surprise to some but al-dente means exact that (to the teeth or to have a bit of bite) my friend thought that it was too tough but I told him that's how it should be. Operations are a good size and price is the average for street food In London. Oh, and yes you will have to wait - freshly prepared pasta cannot be served up in 30 seconds. My only regret was not trying the carbonara which looked amazing - still there's always next time.

After several attempts I was pretty doubtful to find a properly carbonara in London but Francesco surprised me and my friends. The carbonara was delicious and we enjoyed also the place in the heart of the Spitalfields market. The staff was really friendly and I would definitely return for the gnocchi that looked good too.

Se volete mangiare una pasta come dio comanda, questo è il posto giusto dove un italiano a londra può soddisfare il palato. Pasta italiana e ingredienti italiani!! E chi la cucina ovviamente è italiano!! Grandi!!

Had a few types of pasta from their menu, all very good, decent portion, but definitely too expensive.

After returning to the UK from Rome, I really missed authentic Rome food. Ordered carbonara from here and it was AMAZING! Full of flavour, rich and cheesy. They use authentic Italian ingredients. Would be nice if guanciale was used, but I understand this is very hard to get hold of in the UK.
