The best restaurants serving Italian food in Southend-on-Sea East of England

The service was awful and the pizza was undercooked and the dough was raw. Extremely disappointing when I have heard that this restaurant is suppose to serve amazing pizza. The waitresses were more interested in gossiping at the front rather than serving customers and getting the orders correct. The drinks order themselves were wrong and the waitresses had no clue what pizza and pasta was what when serving the table and just put the food down and walked away when asked and ignored our questions. This was extremely frustrating especially when a member of the group had allergies and therefore they were unable to state which of pastas was the allergy free version. Would not be recommending.

Pre ordered my dinner via the website. 30 minutes before it was due to be delivered, I got a notification to inform me that it was cancelled. When I called up, the lady was extremely rude, stating they are only accepting collections, I suggested they put a note of this somewhere. I asked if I’d receive my order if I ordered via a food delivery service, she was again rude & patronising.
