The best restaurants serving Italian food in Blaby East Midlands

A pesar de que le dijeron que era el "segundo - mejor restaurante italiano en Leicester", fue una experiencia decepcionante. Tristemente, el servicio que experimenté fue terrible.   El arrancador que pedí no estaba disponible, así que hice una segunda elección. No se ofrecieron disculpas. Cuando salieron los entrantes, faltaba el mío. Una vez más, sin disculpas. Me aseguraron que lo harían rápidamente. Cuando el resto de la mesa terminó el curso, cancelé mi entrante porque no estaba preparado para sentarme y comerlo solo. Hubo una pequeña actitud del personal de camareros, ya que estaba 'casi listo'. Una vez más, sin disculpas.   Pedí la misma pizza que otros dos invitados a mi mesa (todos varones) , y como todavía tenía que comer algo, habría esperado como gesto que yo recibiría el mío primero. Fui el último en recibir el plato principal. Servicio descuidado o vengativo, no puedo decir. Para ser justos, cuando finalmente tuve algo de comer, la principal fue una pizza perfectamente buena y auténtica.   No puede decirse lo mismo del postre. El tiramisú no era el café - dulce empapado que he disfrutado en otros lugares. Era un vaso lleno de esponja casi seca, crema y un dragado de cacao en polvo. Sin capas, sin sabor. Si no hubiera estado en una fiesta de gente que no conozco tan bien, habría hecho que el segundo plato volviera a la cocina. Lamentablemente, dos platos deficientes con un servicio grosero y descuidado no compensan una buena pizza.

Wow, this is a MUST place to visit. We went for dinner, and we had peasant and posh bruschetta to start and then the Zuppa di pesce. We have been to Italy many times and this wonderful restaurant is the real deal. Amazing xxxx Fantastic REAL Italian food, beautifully made and presented. Don’t go anywhere else… you are in for a real treat. 10/10 at the very least

Absolutely amazing food, drink,atmosphere & service every time we go Ella & ALL the staff are super kind, caring & attentive. Highly recommend a visit to anyone who likes good Italian food & great service in a lovely atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food wasn't the best menu has changed and it's not as good as old menu morning times today was terrible other than the small Indian lady the woman which I perfume is a manager wasn't even polite wasn't interested and rather abrupt made us wait while she stood there and chatted to the chef didn't give us a kids menu she made the visit terrible the little Indian lady was amazing she made the visit better

Staff were superstars, so friendly, easy to talk to.. place was busy but nothing was too much trouble, food was GORGEOUS and fresh! Best carbonara ever! Didn’t have to wait long at all, Have never been to Prezzo and will be coming back after this visit!
