Excellent experience with even better staff, The food was amazing and we couldn't of asked for anything more.

I cannot believe that this place gets any good reviews especially when it comes to the dishes. Ordered 4 different curries all looked the same red glupe no herbs very bland I certainly will never purchase a curry from this place again £45 waste of money.

My wife and I were visiting Horbury to attend my nephew's wife's 50th birthday and stayed at a great little Airbnb in Bank Street. The evening before the party we decided to go for an Indian meal. There were several to choose from but Shans was the closest. The restaurant area is unpretentious but the welcome was warm and sincere. I chose a chicken madras and having tasted some of the very best in Southsea, I really wasn't expecting much. What a surprise! It was delicious and my wife enjoyed her jalfrezi. The front of house gentleman was a genuine friendly guy and made our evening complete. Definitely recommend to BIR enthusiasts.

After waiting nearly 2hrs for delivery we rang to ask how long delivery would be and was told very rudely on phone saying we’re too busy so cancelled your order, really arrogant and customer relation, well there was none
