The best restaurants serving Indian food in Hessle East Riding of Yorkshire Yorkshire and The Humber

My friend & I visited this restaurant on a weekday evening. There was only one other couple there. The restaurant was freezing cold, no heating & we sat with our coats & scarves on. The waiter took our order, delivered the starters & then advised they only took cash payments. Neither of us had any cash & the waiter advised we could use a cash point behind the Co-Op close by. Several times during the meal he interrupted to confirm it was necessary to go for the cash. The food was poor, we didn’t stay long & I set off to the cash point to pay for the meal. My friend remained at the restaurant. The cash point was situated in a quiet area, opposite an empty car park. It was dark, raining, cold and I didn’t feel safe as a female on my own. The cash machine accepted my transaction but did not give me the money. I returned to the restaurant, checked my mobile banking & the money taken from my account. When I returned the waiter wasn’t there, apparently out delivering takeaway. The chef then appeared, we told him what had happened and he produced a card payment device. I believe there is something suspicious about this business. Please Beware - my friend & I have now paid twice for dreadful food.

Amazing food. We were looking for an Indian take away after moving here recently. And oh my god does this place deliver. I asked for no peppers and not a single one. The delivery drivers are amazing. We live in a field and they always phone me but they are there. Food is hot and fresh and definitely our go to for a take away
