Awful experience with this takeaway. Was missing half of my order, when I called the restaurant explained issue owner said they will be sending the missing items and to give them 10 mins, 30 mins later no food so gave them a call to then to be shouted at that I have received the food then for him to realise he has sent me the wrong set meal. He then hangs up. I ring back and ask what’s going to happen with the missing food he says there’s nothing he can do and hangs up again! I then had to contact the online website I used to order to get in contact with them to resolve the issue. Another 45 mins later the missing food arrived. Awful experience and terrible customer service. I have been going to them for years which after this I will not be anymore!
