The best restaurants serving Indian food in Milton Southend-on-Sea East of England

Me and my family visited here yesterday and I was impressed with the food and the service. Clean throughout, tastefully decorated and professional staff. Kids had grilled chicken burgers which were prepared upon order and I shared the Paya curry with my husband which was accompanied by hot fluffy naan bread. I have not enjoyed a restaurant meal for some time and if I go Southend again I will be eating here again for sure. Pleasant oasis tucked away from the mayhem of Southend . Definitely worth a visit

Absolutely amazing as always. By far the best Indian in town. The chicken korma was full of flavour and the chicken cooked to perfection. The onion bhajis were super delicious also. If you are thinking of dining in I'd highly recommend booking a table so you don't miss out.

Haven’t been here for a while and forgot how nice it is to have more authentic Indian food that the standard dishes in other restaurants. Midweek visit so not busy, staff attentive and good service. Will definitely not leave it so long until I visit again.

Very pleasant atmosphere, good service, food not bad

Buffet is good value though can lack in quality and menu dishes are good. Problem with Shagor is they seem reluctant to provide a super hot spicy dish like many of the local Indian restaurants even when you order a vindaloo. I am off down to them tonight as a solo eater and I presume nothing will change. Staff and surroundings are good at a fairly reasonable price.

This place has never opened as Tuk Tuk!! Just another vacant premises!!!
