We treated ourselves to the Valentines Tasting Menu on Friday 14th . From the moment you enter the Arkle you know you are going to have a most memorable experience . It is a young team of staff but they have been trained to deliver first class service but to bring their own take on things ie their individual personalities shine through . Each member from the person who brings the bread to the explanation of the dishes all do it with a smile and professional attitude. Thank you to all of you as you work very well together . The food as always was excellent from the presentation to the taste . Classy and delicious . Loved the touch of not revealing the special menu online as all was very intriguing .
