Staff was not briefed on menu. How oily can a croissant be? Never again… Staff did not know what a flat white was (not even listed on the coffee pricing board). I initially thought I had spilled some water on the croissant. It turned out to be pure oil!! 🤢

Popped on here for a pastry and coffee and tea. It's a typical Paul with the usual offerings. My wife and I had a pastry each. Back home we would normally warm them up but that doesn't seem to happen in London. They were fine. And fresh. My wife gave her coffee the thumbs up. My tea was ok. The baguettes on offer looked great.

International buffet with live cooking stations. elegant. Eat at your pace and you will start loving it.

Eaten here twice. On this occasion, I received a luke-warm steak, too much of which was gristle, béarnaise at £3 a pop (forgotten when the steak was served) and warm pinot noir. My request for ice to accompany the lukewarm carafe d’eau was ignored. Another forty quid down the drain.
