Popped on here for a pastry and coffee and tea. It's a typical Paul with the usual offerings. My wife and I had a pastry each. Back home we would normally warm them up but that doesn't seem to happen in London. They were fine. And fresh. My wife gave her coffee the thumbs up. My tea was ok. The baguettes on offer looked great.

Ci siamo fermati in questo locale piccolo ma con una saletta con qualche tavolino, buoni i caffè, gentili al bar ma nella saletta non c'è nessuno che pulisca e la porta del bagno (accesso tipo cassaforte con codice) non si riesc ad aprirla; "nella media" solo per la gentilezza.

Stopped here after a long walk looking forward to a tasty sandwich. Boy were we disappointed! Tried a mozzarella tomato baguette and a salami and cheese one. Both were tasteless. When I say tasteless, it was like eating cardboard, really bland cardboard. At first I thought I’d caught Covid and it had affected my taste buds, alas,no, it was the sandwiches. Absolutely horrifically awful. I wonder if the owner Mr Paul Whatshisname ever steps into this establishment and tries one of his own offerings, I’m sure he’d have a fit. Anyway, avoid , unless you like paying through the nose for cardboard.

Scoperto per caso , ogni mattina passavo in questa pasticceria per prendere prelibatezze dolciarie. La pasticceria è molto burrosa però il gusto c’è , il salato è ottimo . Ogni mattina alle 7:00 il locale apre e già dall’apertura l’offerta c’è . Ottimo anche il caffè e il cappuccino

Popped in for a coffee around 12.30pm on a Tuesday, the place was quiet in comparison to nearby cafes - we should have taken that as a sign! Very dirty seating area and toilet - cleaning clearly isn't a priority! Once you have ordered (they catch you here!) and walk through to the seating area - you realise how grubby it is! It is a shame as the coffee wasn't too bad - despite drinking it quickly to get out!

I was there the first day , because we were hungry, and I ordered a salmon salad it was very salty ,and I ordered a big macaron, I I ate it , because I was starving, the personal is nice . I think is overpriced for what you get !

BEWARE!!! I would NEVER EVER go to this place again. I was robbed of my Amex card and cash. They claim the security camera wasn't working, but I believe it's a professional ring, because within 10 minutes, someone had gotten 100 pounds from a nearby Boots and 100 pounds from a nearby Sainsburys. AMEX notified me right away, as I would not normally be in that neighborhood nor taking "cash back" on a credit card. I also saw other reviews which confirmed my opinion the back of the restaurant is filthy dirty - tables with uncleared, dirty dishes, etcetera.

Very friendly and welcoming team . Best place to get a good French breakfast and a good coffee. The food is always very freshly made and the coffee is delicious. Massive well done !

I sat with my daughter in this coffee shop for 50 minutes whilst we waited for an appointment. Within 1 hour of leaving, AMEX was contacting me to report suspicious activity. I opened my wallet, and my AMEX card +100 sterling had been taken from the wallet. The thief had already -- within 45 minutes -- tried to charge 100 sterling at Sainsburys grocery shop, 100 sterling at Boots chemist and several other places. Do NOT use this coffee shop (which had uncleared tables all over and was basically dirty) --as I believe it's a regular venue for thieves. The woman who answered the phone at Paul when I reported it said, "Well our CCTV cameras aren't really operational". Go to a more secure place when visiting Knightsbridge!!!

I visit this store, huge space to seat and spend lunch with my family. They have these soo nice small donuts, my little son just loved it

Avoid. Visited for a coffee, which was luke warm, and overpriced. My wife and I sat in the rear seating areas, which seems more like a charity shop effort at decor. The cloth seats of the chairs were filthy with stains, and they expect you to enjoy your visit? The table was also in dire need of a wipe. I see previous reviews over proceeding weeks have made the same comments, so clearly no one in management has any interest in sorting out customers views of the poor standards. I clearly wonder what the kitchen hygiene is like?

Shocking no soup had a roll which was hard nearly broke my teeth staff were not polite toilets well that's another thing disgusting, but there's a sign saying checked regularly. We went to Paul's as the day before we went to one at Tower London which was lovely clean staff were polite I think in the place where this cafe is should up its a game

Would not recommend, no soup, baguettes hard as nails, not much filling in, staff not very pleasant, toilets disgusting, the whole place looked like it needed a good clean.Visited Paul's at Tower Bridge, I know it's newer, but food was a lot nicer, staff very friendly and helpful

I don’t usually write a negative review..but there were so many things that did not work for the unfortunate person eating in..Our table rocked..and the chairs were so low down,,,it looked like a joke..maybe it was.Very poor service..had to hunt and ask for everything and struggle to the wobbly table with it.Soup would have been good if it was hot..the coffee was a brown colour with no taste.We will eat somewhere else next time

就在harrods哈洛德商场对面，waitrose旁边路过看到这家店感觉不错，就进去吃了，5:34结完账，店员说只能吃十分钟，十分钟后就要关门了不过英国人都很佛，虽然快关门了，但是还有好几个人坐在那里，喝咖啡，看报纸-4️⃣5️⃣Eclair Paris brest闪电泡芙 - 4.45磅（dine in 在店里吃5磅）❤️表面是杏仁，里面是奶油榛子坚果，好吃的，榛子特别香-6️⃣7️⃣苹果派之类的，忘记叫啥了，在店里吃4磅也好吃的，酸酸甜甜的-总结好吃的，如果路过我可能会再去尝尝别的，但不会特意跑过去吃，毕竟甜品店太多了

Oct 2021 : Blonde haired female staff member that served me at the till, sounded eastern European - was impatient, rude communication i.e. impolite, hostile. Got the order wrong twice, I gave up in the end and went with what she said. Told me there were no seats but my wife clearly saw some, so we told her and took them. The worse experience I've ever had at Paul. Toilets out of service too. Order included 2 cappuccinos - 1 was decent, the other was a complete failure - big bubbly mess.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Place not clean cup I was given was so dirty had to go and ask for another one. Really put me of Paul. Was always such a fan but will think twice before I go to another one.

I ordered a toasted sandwich and when I glanced over there was a bottle of blue cleaning spray next to it on the counter. When expressed that this was not acceptable and I would like another one, they the staff looked dazed and confused! The guy behind counter then said he would prepare another one. I paid and then waited 10-15 minutes for the non existent sandwich. When I went back to the counter they said they thought I didn’t want it, and it was just sitting on the side. The lady manager, a lovely English lady, I have to say was absolutely lovely to us, she listened patiently and was so shocked at our treatment, and said that the staff involved would be spoken to. She also gave us a little bag of macaroons to say sorry. I felt she was genuine and did her very best. Sadly, I’ve never returned to PAUL because of this experience, but it was no reflection of the manager it was her staff who were really awful.

Tuvimos una cita aquí después de separarnos en Hamleys. Estaba convenientemente al otro lado de la carretera principal y no era demasiado difícil de encontrar.El lugar es bastante pequeño, con la mayoría de los asientos en la zona trasera. Parecen servir artículos similares a las otras ramas. El mostrador de recogida está alrededor de la parte posterior del área cerca de las mesas.Las mesas eran en su mayoría pequeñas, así que tuvimos que juntar un par para obtener una que se adaptara a unas 5 personas. Se puso un poco apretado con un cochecito adentro también.Lo molesto era que el baño estaba fuera de servicio, por lo que las personas no podían ir al baño o lavarse las manos.

Tuvimos sándwiches, té y croissant de almendras, todos ordenados y pagados en la atractiva tienda, antes de llevarlo a la zona del restaurante sucio.Primero me di cuenta de que mi cojín del asiento estaba manchado y sucio. Iba a cambiarlo pero todos eran similares. El lugar parecía que debía ser renovado, pero aun así no estaba tan limpio como podría haber estado.El verdadero shock fue cuando fui a usar el baño (afortunadamente después de haber comido). El piso estaba sucio por todas partes, pero en la esquina el piso y los faldones estaban llenos de mugre, y se podía ver claramente donde el contacto ocasional con un trapeador no intentaba entrar en la esquina. Levanté el asiento y debajo había una mancha marrón alrededor del borde. ¡Toda la habitación necesitaba una limpieza profunda con vapor y un blanqueador!Me sorprendió lo suficiente como para tomar fotografías y enviarlo a la oficina central. Recibí una disculpa, pero ahora, de regreso a casa, vine aquí para escribir mi reseña y descubrí que fue notificada y respondida varios días antes de mi visita sin haber hecho nada. No tengo idea de cómo la sucursal tenía una calificación de higiene de 5 estrellas. Enviaré mi correo electrónico con fotos a la salud ambiental. Ciertamente no volveré a tomar la taza de té que me ofrecieron como compensación por la visita más desagradable.La comida recibe 5 estrellas, limpieza menos 5, desafortunadamente no puedo dar cero estrellas!

Cuatro de nosotros desayunamos en Pauls en un reciente viaje a Londres. Fue espantoso.El dolor au pasas estaba quemado y pegajoso. Los cruasanes estaban rancios y secos. Los cojines de los asientos estaban desgastados y manchados. Pero el peor aspecto de este café fue el retrete. . . Estaba sucio. El dispensador de jabón estaba vacío, con el contenido anterior goteando por la pared hacia una piscina verde en el piso. El piso estaba cubierto de manchas indeterminadas con azulejos rotos y agrietados. . . Había un letrero en la pared pidiéndole a los clientes que informaran si el baño no estaba a la altura. . había tanto error que no valía la pena perder el tiempo señalando lo obvio. Este cafe es un peligro para la salud

Pedí una tarta de caramelo y agua y la tarta era realmente agradable. Desafortunadamente toda la experiencia fue arruinada por el estado del lugar. Estaba tranquilo con dos miembros del personal, pero en el minuto 30 que estuve allí no se despejó una mesa. Cada mesa individual, incluida la que estaba sentada, estaba cubierta de migajas. Muchos también estaban cubiertos de platos y vasos sucios. Al final me harté y dejé tres mesas en mi bandeja al salir. Esto no es lo que he llegado a esperar de otras ramas de Paul, también he estado. Lamentablemente no volveré.

On vient ici pour déguster des sandwiches savoureux et gouteux, plus de choix (pourtant vers 13 heures, en plus presque en face de chez Harrod's), Cher pour l'ensemble de la prestation.Tables non nettoyées et essuyées, on a du faire cela nous mêmes malgré de nombreux passages d'employés, sans aucune attention. WC d'une propreté douteuse.J'espère qu'il y a un contrôle de la part de chez PAUL, car la déception est au rendez-vous. On ne reviendra pas ici.

Para um almoço barato e com o mínimo de qualidade, optei com a minha família em almoçar no "Paul" em Brompton Road, enquanto passeava pela cidade de Londres (Existem várias padarias Paul em Londres).Pedimos sandes "Montagnard", "Fromage Rosette" e "Sesame Camembert" que estavam boas (o pão é muito bom).Funcionário apático (faltou simpatia com o cliente) e demoraram a limpar a mesa onde nos sentamos (tinha os restos da refeição dos clientes anteriores).Para ir à casa de banho é preciso pedir uma senha para ter aceso.

Panini cotto e formaggio normali, nella media, nulla di pessimo o eccezionale. L'unica pecca il bagno molto molto sporco.

Paul never fails. Same standard everywhere and bread out of this world. Eat it on the day you buy it! Everything freshly prepared and staff generally professional and pleasant

Coming out of Harrod’s we picked up lunch to take with us to Hyde Park (Princess Diana Memorial area) for a bit of a picnic. We each got a pretty nice sandwich and a drink for 5£. We asked for the sandwiches to be heated up and suspect they would not have been as good otherwise. Pretty good little lunch for the price.

Our hotel was down the road, and we stopped in here for both breakfast and lunch. Great quality - the croissants were to die for. Much better alternative than similar style cafes.

Visite Londres por unos días con un amigo y buscando un lugar para tomar un café y danés antes de visitar Harrods nos encontramos a Pablo en Knightsbridge.

Wherever you travel and there is a Paul restaurant, you won't be disappointed. The pastries are very tasty and the coffee hot.

Merenda eccezionale. Se vuoi un buon caffè. Un dolce ottimo. Baguette farcite fantastiche. Paul è sempre una garanzia. Tutto qui è buono ... non economicissimo ma di sicuro buono. Noi ci siamo lasciati tentare dai big macarons e dalle brioches alle mandorle farcite con crema di pistacchio. Attenzione i costi dei prodotti variano se vi sedete ai tavoli.

Quería tener un desayuno rápido, así que nos dijeron que sólo lo es en la barra, que es sorprendente como PAUL normalmente ofrecen una buena selección.

Me encanta el servicio aquí y prefiero los asientos en Paul's comparado con los otros cafés. La calidad es la habitual calidad Pablo así un lugar a menudo en un sábado, mientras compras!

No está mal, pasteles franceses y pasteles. El lugar tenía algo de ambiente francés y el café estaba bien. La millefeuille era bastante pegajoso. Si usted pierde Francia.

DW y me paré para almorzar, comer dentro (muchos para llevar). Asientos puede ser un poco agobiante en la hora de almuerzo, aunque hay una buena cantidad de mesas. Por lo que vi, no toda su horneado en el lugar. DW tenía un vegetariano, croissant lleno, mientras que yo tenía un jamón y queso en baguette. Ambos disfrutamos nuestros sándwiches mucho. La corteza de la baguette era excepcional.

Ho assaggiato per pranzo un panino alle olive con mozzarella pomodori rucola e pesto e devo dire era molto buono! Per un acqua e un panino ho speso sulle 7 sterline, alla fine per come si è a londra direi che può andar bene! Consigliato!

Stopped over for early breakfast on a Sunday morning we had crocque Monsieur croissants with cheese and ham and some great coffees and hot chocolates not cheap but ticks the box

We are a couple in our 60s and well traveled having visited Europe nearly 60 times. We popped into Paul for a sandwich and drink and were pleased by the reasonable prices (it's relative) compared with sky high fares in full service restaurants. They had a good choice of light snacks and drinks. There are only a few tables but they also have loos. Located on a busy street and thus you don't need to go out of your way.

Justo en la salida de Harrods, entramos a tomar un sándwich. A la hora de comer española no hubo ningún problema para sentarnos. Tomamos dos bocadillos para compartir y una ensalada, todo bueno. Las mesas bien y el ambiente acogedor. Buen lugar para una parada técnica.

Nourriture très chère pour commencer. Ensuit, ne pas vouloir chauffer la nourriture d'un bébé au micro onde alors qu'ils en ont un, c'est honteux. Résultat 5 cm d'eau chaude pour chauffer la nourriture, mon fils a mangé froid. Merci de votre absence de service !

After a busy morning at museums, we were ready for a relaxing lunch. Paul had a very reasonable picnic lunch deal for two at 20 pounds. It included two whole sandwiches, 2 soft drinks, 2 bags of crisps, macaroons, a picnic bag with ground cloth, utensils, and napkins. They were so very helpful in putting it together. We took the picnic to a park, and enjoyed the tasty meal. The picnic bag and cloth were of a quality to be used over and over. The picnic provided a welcome break from the typical fast food experience or a more expensive formal meal.

This is a French chain, and had a very appropriate atmosphere. The milk was foamed very well for the cappuccino, and the apple lattice was absolutely divine. My partner had the salmon quiche, which was made with some of the best butter pastry he had ever tasted, and a black americano, which was very tasty, with no flavour of burnt coffee beans at all.

I had visited Harrods with a friend and was disappointed to see that Café Rouge behind the store has closed. So we found "Paul" nearby, which is part of a French café chain, and decided to try it. The décor was more shabby than shabby chic, although the coffee was good. The filled rolls we bought were awful - the bread is baked on the premises but it was dry and tough, the butter put on in thick lumps rather than spread, and the filling was dry. I needed to use the toilet before I left and it was filthy. So my first and last visit.

The pastries are delicious, although a bit expensive, the service is good but not outstanding. However, this place is recommendable for all those who are looking for a nice French breakfast and good coffee. I will definitely come back.

It sure looks promising and visits to one of Paul's has made me happy at several times when I had succumbed to sugar cravings.But something has changed that I find difficult to place your finger on.Everything felt a little more tired, pastries and definitely the coffee I was served, barely pour American diners standard.Maybe it was the time of day and the pastries did not look as crisp, but the prices are the same so there is really no excuse.I hope it was an exception to Paul's usually deliver

Stopped here for a quick lunch on arrival in London. Gorgeous sandwich (goat's cheese and roasted peppers) followed by a delicious raspberry croissant and drinks. We split both items between us and were very satisfied. Handy location next to South Kensington tube station.

HI love Paul's. However, on my last visit to Paul in London, on Picadilly, it seemed like a stressed place and the pastries not so fresh. Our group was not in love with Paul, unfortunately. It could have been that there was a lot of people in the line and they were so busy. Let's hope so, because, like I said, I love Paul's.

There are 2 paul's in the south ken/cromwell road area.one is at gloucester and there is a larger one across from Harrods. Service is fast and efficent and the atmosphere is reminiscent of the french coffee shops in Paris minus the noise.. the choice of pastries for breakfast is excellent and the croque monsieur and raisin croissants are very good. Always good for a healthy french breakfast.

abbiamo pranzato al Paul solo perchè di passaggio e abbiamo scelto a caso: i panini non sono niente di che, accettabili ma non trascendentali.il personale, cortese e disponibile, è andato un po' in crisi quando ho chiesto cosa ci consigliavano, il che per me non è un buon segnale; cmq per un pranzo veloce è accettabile.

Reminds me of French holidays. Such a lovely selection of tasty food. Sandwiches, meringues , tarts you name it they have it. Coffee rates good as does the cold frappes. And lovely staff to boot.

My son said it was one of the best sandwiches he had ever eaten and I would not have disagreed with him. Great selection of sandwiches and savouries as well as pastries and desserts - would definitely recommend unless you are on a limited budget - will return. I did notice there were two prices - take away and eat in. Unfortunately we had to choose the more expensive, eat-in option as it was December but it would have been lovely to choose take away and eat in one of the lovely parks nearby.

Ottimo sia per la colazione, sia per un pranzo veloce che per una merenda.Lo scorso anno facevano anche i frappè, che purtroppo non sono più disponibili (il macaron frappè era superlativo..spero che lo reinseriscano).Ottimo il pane appena sfornato e i vari tipi di brioches. Buoni anche i panini per il pranzo.
