We waited half an hour and we didn't get our food,eventually one of my family members went to the front desk and said we hadn't got our food,we then got it very quickly,they forgot our order and didn't notice,the tables very messy and dirty,wouldn't recommend.

Worst food I've tasted in a long time. Sweet and sour chicken, think they forgot the sweet as it was like eating lemons and went in the bin, as did the rest of the food. Waste of £25. Save your money and use the other concessions.

Tired and woeful fish (cod), as it had been left for far too long after it was otherwise ready to be served and eaten. Cardboard batter. The chips were acceptable, but no more. I have been here many times over 20 years (when it was under different managment, under different names) and this was the worst experience I have had. Changes needed.

ordered online. Food arrived cold and part of the order was missing. There was no attempt to rectify the missing part - the only solution offered was for me to pick up which given I have no transport and the rest of my dinner would be sitting there getting cold was in no way an option. More to the point the person offered no apology even. Will not be using them again.

Me and family ordered about £50 worth of food on justeat and left a clear message to request no cheese on one of the burgers as my brother is allergic to cheese. Burger arrived with cheese so we rang up and politely informed the takeaway. The "manager" said there was no message and he couldn't do anything about it. He was rude and didn't offer any apologies and just said tough. We've requested a full refund as the takeaway was rude and couldn't care less. Yet again my brother has to go without again because of carelessness and terrible customer service

The staff at Subway Bredbury are amazing, service excellent they know my sons order without him asking for it, take the time to speak with him without it affecting the service of others. I feel comfortable that my son who is autistic will be treated with respect here and that is rare. He is always happy with his lunch order, well done all at Bredbury Subway you made our day xx

They call themselves fast food cabin even though it took them about 15 minutes to serve me and I was 2nd in Li am So called jumbo hot dog was standard size if there for 4 quid

It was not busy. I ordered through the menu screen. Only had to wait a few minutes for the food to arrive. The food was hot, tasted nice and good experience.

I don't often write reviews like this but like to give credit where it's due. Went in to Greggs in the Big Asda in Wigan. Only wanted a sausage roll. During the transaction I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome and a big smile from Ryan. He answered my question about the allergens in the sausages used for the sausage rolls with patience and clarity. He also complimented my favourite sports team because of my hat bearing their logo. When delivering the sausage roll to me, he transferred it swiftly but delicately in a manner that would benefit the Team GB relay squads at the Olympics. I have written to Joanna Adams (CEO of UK Athletics) to suggest taking Ryan to Paris as a coach but part of me wants him to remain at Greggs, where he serves as an example of everything their staff should aspire to be. I left the store feeling reinvigorated in a way seldom achieved by a sausage roll purchase and would recommend anyone to try it if they ever need cheering up.

The hospitality was amazing the service was nice and fast.. the food was absolutely outstanding definitely by far the best Chopstix we’ve ever visited! P.S the food was cooked fresh and tasted out of this world! Front of house service was amazing and very friendly 💯🍾

I was charged twice for my meal, I asked for a declined receipt but they said they didn't have one, two days later I check my account and I've still been charged for two. Not only that but the las behind the till forgot to give me extra.hot wings I payed for.
