Me and family ordered about £50 worth of food on justeat and left a clear message to request no cheese on one of the burgers as my brother is allergic to cheese. Burger arrived with cheese so we rang up and politely informed the takeaway. The "manager" said there was no message and he couldn't do anything about it. He was rude and didn't offer any apologies and just said tough. We've requested a full refund as the takeaway was rude and couldn't care less. Yet again my brother has to go without again because of carelessness and terrible customer service

Dreadful food and service. 3 of us tried this takeaway Sunday 28th May. It was quiet, only two other customers in. We ordered 1 chicken kebab and two chicken burgers. It took 45 minutes to get our food, they got the drink wrong, the chicken burgers were the cheapest, reformed chicken I’ve ever seen and the chicken on the kebab was 7 small, flat rectangles of a rubbery substance which only resembled chicken in colour, not in taste or texture. I think this might be the worst takeaway food I’ve ever experienced with the slowest service to boot! Minus 50 out of five!

Cheap and cheerful food, although not as cheap as it used to be. I ordered the Chicken Curry which looked nice. I wasn't offered a choice of side and was given chips without being asked. I'd have actually prefered rice but wasn't given the option and I couldn't be bothered to query it. The chicken in the curry was unfortunately quite dry, however it did taste quite nice. Kids eat free with a paying adult.

Avoid this place like the plague. Seriously if you value life DO NOT EAT HERE. We ordered 3 filet burger meals after a lovely day out around Blackpool. The food took over 30 minutes (even though we seen the food waiting in the chicken stand) the food arrived to the table delivered by one of the customers. Yes one of the customers brought our food over, because they were “busy” there was literally 4 people in the place. The chicken was as dry as the Sahara Desert. Chips covered in smelly oil. The only thing nice about the meal was the Pepsi max. I complained to the manager who just offered a fresh meal. I said no I’d prefer a refund, which fell on deaf ears. Please don’t waste your money here.

¡SR. NITROS CLEVELYS! Mr Nitro's Hola a todos. Quería venir aquí y escribir un post sobre mi anterior empleador Kristopher Ross, el director gerente del Sr. Nitros. Me contrataron como repartidor para ellos hace más de un mes para ayudar a cubrir días de fiesta, etc., luego me contrataron como miembro de la tripulación trabajando por la noche en la tienda cuando tenía disponibilidad. Después de dos / tres trabajos me propusieron para un puesto de jefe de equipo / gerente de turno para dirigir un taller para poder cubrir los días libres de gestión. No estaba entrenado correctamente y solo me metieron en el rol con muy poca capacitación u orientación. Debido a la falta de conocimiento en esta industria, cometí algunos errores que me gritaban y me ponían un poco delante de los clientes, lo que, por supuesto, es muy poco profesional. Me fui con efecto inmediato debido al ambiente de trabajo tóxico y a los largos desplazamientos. Debido a esto mi empleador Kristopher Ross no ha hecho el pago por dos semanas de trabajo, le he enviado un mensaje para que sea bloqueado. Como muchos de ustedes saben, este negocio tiene muy mala reputación por no pagar a los miembros del personal. He pedido el pago que por lo que parece no voy a conseguir, por favor vea capturas de pantalla de nuestros mensajes. Hygine: El motor de nuestro entorno de trabajo es absolutamente repugnante, zócalos que se caen de las paredes, pintura desprendiendo todas las paredes, señalización que se cae de las paredes, licuadoras que solo se aclaran por batido, incluso si hemos hecho un producto de frutos secos que, por supuesto, podría ser muy peligroso si un cliente tiene una alergia a los frutos secos. No puedo recordar la última vez que se limpiaron los baños porque nunca se limpiaron en ningún turno que yo trabajara y yo trabajaba al menos cinco días a la semana.
