ordered online. Food arrived cold and part of the order was missing. There was no attempt to rectify the missing part - the only solution offered was for me to pick up which given I have no transport and the rest of my dinner would be sitting there getting cold was in no way an option. More to the point the person offered no apology even. Will not be using them again.

Best fish and chips is Southgate. We moved to Southgate few months ago and tried several fish and chips before Bluewater. Once we tried, that’s it, became our local fish and chips.

On Thurday 28th November I ordered from this macdonalds and the food took over an hour to arrive. Me and my aquantances were absolutely famished and starving after having to wait what felt like a century for food that was rock hard and stone cold (we don't live in the stone age or live in a cave). When i opened the low quality paper bag with a great big 'm' on the middle I was frightened to my core as to what was standing before me (or should I say flopping as it was all soggy). I frantically sprinted to the closest air fryer before anyone else could see the monstrosity I just whitness. I placed the food inside the machine and pressed 'play'. I waited for the beep it normally plays when starting up. Standing there with a cold sweat and a grand shiver down my bony spine, i anticipated the beep. Instantaneously FIRE. MY HOUSE WAS ON FIRE. MY MACDONALDS WAS HAUNTED AND HAD BLOWN UP A FAMILY HOME. 'Wee ooo wee ooo wee ooo' is all I heard my acquaintances has called the fire brigade after hearing a load boom and seeing me shell shocked like a soldier in war. The date now is 30/11/24 and I still am in a state as is everyone who was with me during the tragic accident. I am pleased to announce that we all thankfully made it out alive with no fatalities or injury and will never be ordering from bulls more McDonals EVER AGAIN...

Great Cambridge RoadOrdered my meal, was asked to park outside and wait. I waited for 57 minutes, everyone around me did get their food. After going back and speaking to an incompetent manager for 15 minutes, I was refused the food I have paid for and refused a refund for the food that I did not receive.

579 Hertford Road,Placed an order on Just Eat and the food never turned up. Called restaurant constantly and they kept saying they’re busy. Don’t accept an order if you can’t commit to it. Will never be ordering from here again.
