The staff at Subway Bredbury are amazing, service excellent they know my sons order without him asking for it, take the time to speak with him without it affecting the service of others. I feel comfortable that my son who is autistic will be treated with respect here and that is rare. He is always happy with his lunch order, well done all at Bredbury Subway you made our day xx

Went into the station for a subway, was already stood waiting for 10 minutes when she said in a moody voice, it’s going to be another 10/15 minutes because we’ve got loads of orders to do…I ended up leaving without a sandwich, she then said in a sarcastic tone, well I did say… What is the point of being open if you’re not going to serve customers that have been waiting and just prepare the online orders instead? Waste of time and wish the girl would have just been polite instead of screwing her face up.

Whitefield Rd3rd time my order has been wrong from Mcdonalds App. This time I decided to go in and complain. Big mistake as the manger didn't care and said it wasn't her problem and she couldn't sort it and give us the food we had ordered. She said that I had to complain via Uber as Mcdonald weigh the orders before sending out. Why they don't check them with their eyes is beyond me but be warned trying to get your food or a refund isn't easy.

42/44 Wellington Road SouthOrder over 20 minutes before breakfast starts and because my order had items ordered plain and they'd have to make it up and don't have the items just ready, they decided to just cancel my order, which has left me out of my 5000 points through the McDonalds app as now they can only be redeemed for double cheeseburgers and they're refusing orders until menu changes for breakfast Pathetic and lazy, the app said it was going to arrive by 5 and you're telling me you can't make up a Philly cheeseburger in over 20 mins? Too short of a time for you? You're awful at your job and your attitude to what is essentially a meal choice for a lot of people is disgusting.
