Perfect fish, chips and mushy peas. A very generous sized fish, in a light, crispy batter. Pleasant staff, and cooked from fresh.

The staff and store were welcoming, the food was delicious beyond expectation, and the cherry pie for utterly divine. Would highly recommend this spot.

Poor takeaway and waited over an hour to collect the food after they said it would only be 20 minutes. The kebabs came without sauce so very dry.

Awesome as always best butty shop in Irlam, visited yesterday 22.08.23 and you really cannot beat the butties, subway over the road but I would sooner to here.

Absolutamente encantador. El mejor pescado con papas fritas que he tenido durante algún tiempo. Entramos a las 7. 15 pm y la tienda estaba cerrando a las 7 . 30 pm. No había peces grandes que me decepcionó inicialmente, sin embargo, los propietarios explicaron que habían estado muy ocupados para un martes por la noche. Decidimos quedarnos y ordenar y tan contentos que lo hicimos. El pescado (tamaño regular) estaba recién cocinado por encargo. Todo estaba caliente y fresco. Anteriormente he vivido en Blackpool durante muchos años y puedo decir que este es uno de los mejores fish and chips que he tenido. Hermosa y sin duda volveré. Estaba claro que los propietarios conocían su negocio y se preocupaban por el servicio y la calidad de la comida. Gente encantadora y buena comida. Muchas gracias. ¡La próxima vez llegaré antes y conseguiré un pez grande!

Been going to this chip shop for years. Excellent service and food every time. Fish cooked especially for you we prefer lightly battered always cooked to perfection. If you're looking for the freshly cooked tasty chip shop food this is definitely th3 chip shop to visit

Absolutely fabulous, had the chips with salsa and cheese sauce etc and they were so filling and tasty. I don't live nearby to Ellesmere Port at all but when I do go once in a while, I make sure to visit this stand for food vs anywhere else because it's such good quality and value!

Excellent priced sandwiches and still piping hot when we got them back to the office. Definitely worth a try.

It's a typical Greggs. Nothing special about it. Great for a quick bite to eat. TL;DR It's a Greggs.

We went and collected our 3 chicken shawarma wraps which were hot and a generous portion. The chicken was well seasoned with lots of salad. Love the spicy sauce you get with these. We also ordered a large garlic bread which was delicious and not at all greasy. I’m taking one star off as the wrap that the chicken came in was a bit wet and soggy. Will come again. 😀

The Pound Bakery is situated in the main road of Fleetwood and it sells a large selection of cooked pies, pasties, pies, sandwiches etc. as well as soft drinks. The food and drinks are all at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly.

The quality of the food is amazing and the price for what you pay for is unbelievable competitive. The shop is always full of customers and the staff very friendly city helpful. If yiu come out of this shop with only what you went in for I would be amazed. Once your in the smell of the cooked meats Etc is amazing

First visit (recommended) Got two fish, large chips and two mushy peas. Fish cooked freshly to order, much better than having several sat keeping warm. All very nice, great size fish and excellent batter. No complaints at all and will certainly go again as two of our favoured local chippies now serve very small fish
