Pies are great. Unfortunately, service isn't. Bought a couple of pies from them at Knutsford Christmas market at a fiver each. The woman serving said the contactless payment hadn't gone through, showing me the machine, so fair enough, I paid again. I noticed, however, a few days later, that the first payment had in fact gone through, so I'd actually paid twice. I contacted them via the form on their website, asking them to check their end and if they confirmed it give me a refund, but I didn't hear anything. So, yeah, pies are very tasty. But I'm not sure they're worth, effectively, a tenner each.

We came all the way from St Helens to come to try these absolutely amazing pies ourselves. We had the full ploughman's and the kids had sausage rolls and all were fantastic. I can't rate the food and the staff high enough. Can't wait to come back.

First time visited on 02/07/21. Ordered a pork, bacon & stilton pie and 2 steak & ale pies to takeaway. Got home and we had the latter for lunch. They were excellent. No other description would be fair. In the evening, I cut into the pork, bacon & stilton pie only to find that they had given me a pork pie! However, once again it was superb. The only grumble I have regarding To-Pie-For is that none of the staff wore facemasks. Also, 3 "high viz" workmen were served without even being asked to don a facemask. But why should they if the staff don't bother to do so? This review is mainly on the quality of the food. They do cost more than other providers but it is money well spent.

5/3/21 Pies were lovely, staff who served me was rude, had to tell her my order 3 times as the first two times she asked me what I wanted she ignored my answers to talk to a colleague, really bad manners.

If you like a good pie then this is the place for you- from Artisan Pork pies with a varied range to the standard meat/veg pie hot or cold. They are great value for money, freshly made and so delicious. People are travelling distances to buy,the word has spread that much. There is also the opportunity to order from the Pie and Mash menus and eat in (but not at the moment obviously ). This is a family run venture that was set up just before the Lock down in response to their huge success at local markets/events. To combat the Lock Down To Pie For set up a home delivery service that was inundated with orders and meant that they had to increase their route plans to accommodate everyone's requirements- this was covering not just Warrington but a much larger area. Whilst also keeping the shop open daily between 10-pm selling freshly made hot and cold - Pork Speciality and Various Met/Veg options as well as serving Sandwiches etc made to order. As we go forward i think we will all be supporting our smaller local businesses much more , this is one business that really does deserve as much support as possible, its a new fledgling enterprise that opened without the expectation of the circumstance but they have just gone forward in a hugely positive way - Good Luck.

Tried these pies when they were being sold at Makers Markets in Warrington. Absolutely superb pies from a very local producer. Chuffed when they opened up the shop . They are certainly popular and have managed to stay open while observing coronavirus social distancing guidance Most are for meat eaters but they do have a superb vegan pie

me and my cousins went to the local fisher and ordered ten trouts, large chippy chips, battered sausage and a cup of curry sauce. not forgetting a slippery saveloy for the dog. came burnt, wet, sour & no flipping pot of curry. taste wasn’t top notch as promised, i’m more fond of the flavour of my own bile. started a nasty row between my two cousins and the bloody pooch has run out of front gate. not returning. never in my life.
