Absolutely disgusting service, the driver was banging on the door and hadn’t had time to find cash, so agreed to pay online, it went out my account and said order complete on the app. The driver came knocking screaming at me that I had not paid and refused to look at my bank account to show that I had paid. I was really screamed at and as a female it is quite scary, he also screamed at my friend who did not order anything, he refused to listen to anything I said and wanted me to pay again. An English driver came then said was scared money would bounce out the account, but showed evidence I had enough in the bank and that it would not bounce. 10 minutes later got a call saying they had got payment, my food is now cold after this drama and got no real apology, The food also came burnt and wasn’t great at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I wouldn't suggest ordering from here. I ordered 9.55am may 25th 2024 and my food arrived 1 hour 13 minutes later. A Similar thing happened yesterday and a friend of mine ordered yesterday and waited 90 minutes for their food. It's like £8 now for delivery for waiting over an hour. It's ridiculous. This is a small town. Not a big city.
