Fantastic service brilliant food

Spend £40 every week without fair for 3 years for the kids for pizza. On the 9/2/23 all are pizzas we’re off and gave my kids food poisoning to be told next are next order would be free and there as just new cheese (cheese smelt off and sweaty ) Rang today 27/2/23 to be told it will be half price. Not free I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt and try again but then told they wouldn’t honour there word

Good food very hot pls you deliver very quick and don't get orders wrong and never has done minskake your the best takeaway ever hopped you had a good new year

AVOID Wanted a tomato garlic bread with the buy 1 get 1 free deal instead of 2x pizza instead. Called before making the order to confirm it was okay. Wrote it in the comments then called to confirm they had received the comments (they read them as they removed the onions from the pizza which was written) The food arrived late and was incorrect, they added a margarita ( I have a dairy allergy hence the garlic bread). Called them they said there’s nothing they can do, not willing to send the correct food, no refund. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off. Asked to speak to the manager apparently he was not there, but the girl answering the phone kept asking a guy questions as to what to do and he gave the orders so asked to speak to him which I was decline as he ‘doesn’t speak much English’ absolute shambles of a place, worst customer service

If you enjoy pizza with a thick rich tomato base, you will be sorely disappointed! The pizza was fresh but ultimately tasteless. The thinnest smear of red watery substance between the bread and cheese. Such a let down, put me off my dinner.

Really disappointed on my last visit!! I have been eating from here at least 20 years and now they have suddenly decided to change the chicken doner....for the worst. I put my whole kebab in the bin as I couldn't eat it. Please return it to how it has always been.

To be honest I can’t fault them pizzas have been nice every time (way better than Pizza Hut) and delivery person has been polite every single time. Full marks from me!

shop 2 mins away but kebab was cold, fries too salty to eat and mixed kebab had very little chicken and chicken was in miniscule pieces. chili sauce so hot even i could not eat it and love spicy food. definitely giving this place a miss in future!

Never had a problem! Only place my kid will eat nuggets from except McDonald's 😂 Always a go too for us! Super quick delivery and always get it correct! Chicken kebab is amazing! Highly recommended!

Good kebabs and good selection of BOGOF pizzas. Just going to get a couple now! They also have chicken dishes, salads etc...

Just ordered a Mexican burger with chilli and a couple of pizzas. The burger turned up with no Chilli on it. I called the restaurant and was told that there is no chilli on the burger and its jalopeanos that make it a Mexican burger. I said the description said with chilli which makes you believe its actually a bean chilli. But no acceptance of a mistake made by them and then when I tried the pizzas... They were shocking... One cold and the other with no flavour. Avoid this place

Usually very good, asked for no onions on kebab, got loads more onions than salad

I have used these for a while now. We generally go for the pizza's the favourites are the Chicago bear/Hawaiian/Pepperoni, they are generous with the cheese and toppings and are tasty. The kebabs are good too and the portion sizes are big. I get delivery and it's always prompt and have never been disappointed

This is one of the best spots in town to get a wholesome, healthy meal at 01.30 in the morning... this was way past their normal opening times on a Friday so this was going beyond the call of duty as the pubs were busy tonight... Thanks UMIT and the lads from Eric's.

The service was great the driver was so polite and came super quickly and not to mention the delicious pizza. This was my first time ordering from Eric's pizza charcoal grill and I will deffintly order from here again. I'm very impressed 😁

From what ive read i was quite suprised by the negative reviews??.But then again ive only been using them last 6 months i am yet to encounter a problem though .fingers crossed i dont tasty food and quick delivery

I've read the reviews and I disagree. I have just had one of the best chicken shish kebabs. Marinated chicken from a tub on a charcoal grill, with salad and pitta. What's not to like?! It was delicious. I'll be back.

never had a bad pizza or kebab. good pricing and always well cooked. 2 for 1 on pizza such good value. A family can have 2 fresh pizzas for £10 or £11 . Dominoes smaller at least £20

Order arrived bang on time. Ordered 2 calzone's and some cheese&chips, Chips were lovely, calzone were stuffed to the brim, Highly recommend these guys.

Absolute disgusting food. Dripping with grease. Undercooked rude delivery man who bangs on my door. 30mins after eating my wife has thrown up.

Bought some food from this take away, the chips were disgusting and my burger was burnt and so was the bun. Rang up and asked them to send me another burger and take this one back and when they brought it it was just as burnt as the last one! Won’t be eating here again

Never had a problem with the pizza's from here, the chips were a little undercooked, but it was a friday night & that is to be taken into account to a degree. Bravo, keep up the good work.

Avoid the chicken Kebab meat unless you like your food swimming in grease. Ordered a large tray of chicken kebab meat with chilli & BBQ sauce. When it finally arrived it was covered in grease, I mean there was a pool of grease in the carrier bag & no sauce. I've forced myself to eat about 5 prices l pieces before throwing it away. Waste of money. Will not be ordering from the again.

Absolute SH*&!!! paid short of 20 quid and got a call saying i need to pay ANOTHER 3 quid delivery. (Already paid online) Fair enough, we will pay it. He came to the door and demanded a flipping fiver! 5 QUID! the food isn't even worth five quid. My fault though, shouldn't have been so lazy- should have just got something from yesterday out the bin!

I love Eric's Pizza Charcoal Grill. The staff are always super friendly with really fast delivery time and two for one on pizzas.

NEVER USE THIS TAKE-AWAY. Disgusting service. Ordered lots of food from here tonight and all the food was un edable. I rang them up and told them this and I've never recived such vile customer service. The member of staff I spoke to told me he wasn't bothered and when I said I'd ring trading standards he just said 'good for you'. I honestly can't believe this service and the price we payed for the food we had!!!! if I could give this place a negative review I would. please save your money don't ever go here.

We've ordered pizza from here on a few occasions, pizzas have always been great and had no problems. We decided to try something different and were left hugely dissapointed. Chips & onion rings undercooked, grease on everything, the family mixed kebab wasn't worth the price. We then called as they had forgotten our drink, we're told it would be sent out, then had to call again as nothing turned up, to then be told that the driver would deliver one when they're next in the area! As we are less than 5 miles away it's ridiculous they can't bring it to us. Overall pizzas are good but I wouldn't order anything else on their menu.

Paid for a £15 order never arrived. Rang the store 15 times no answer. Went in the next day got told id be refunded in 2-3 days it's now over a week later and still no refund. Been pursing this now everyday and kept getting fobbed off. WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN AS THEY ARE SO RUDE!!!!!.

Ridiculous. Second time I’ve ordered (specifically stating exactly where the house was in the notes) and have been let down as the driver didn’t know where we were and decided not to call and ask but to turn around and not give a refund.

Shocking unable to leave a minus review. Ordered online using JustEat with a delivery time of 20:55 which was put back to 21:25. After a number of phone calls and various excuses from the manager (car breakdown, 'we really busy' etc) food arrives at 22:45. Poor customer service.

ordered a pizza out of hours, order not accepted, refused refund.,was told refund would be atomactic withing 3 days but never recieved it an its been 11 days !!!

Made a late night order over £25 worth of food. It comes and isn't all there. It's too late and when we ring then they are supposedly closed. I have tried to get a refund today as we don't want replacement but they won't do either and claim the order was complete. Won't go back here.

Ok just order food from here and and customer service on the call was shocking, rude and dam right disgusting, food was delivered and was poor. The Donna kebab was dry, the chips was soggy and chicken kebab tasted like washing up liquid. The 2 pieces of chicken had hair all over it and put us off the dinner left it all. Called to complain to the manager and he told us we're complaining because the of a £1 difference on the meal cause we only lived in the area for 6 months and he tried to explain it was a 2 year menu which was not the issue it was you shockingly bad food. Rude service terrible food and poor management pls stay away and don't waste your money plenty of better takeaways in Gainsborough.
