Open on Xmas eve and amazing food. Chips were nice and golden (hughe portion) large could feed 5/6 people. Great service and good value for money. Thank you for the meal tonight 🎅 Merry Christmas 24-12-2024

Fantastic Chips and Great portions and Delivery Driver was very Friendly 👍🏻

Ordered cod and small chips. And a steak and kidney pie. The pie was lovely. There were a lot of chips and they tasted nice, however this is where my low score comes in… the cod was literally swimming in grease. When you squeezed the batter grease came out. It was soggy and disgusting and really ruined the fish and it cost over £7 for it too. I gave the dogs it. It is a shame as the actual fish was nice but it made everything taste greasy. There was also a bit of a queue as they were waiting for the chips too, but people got served pretty quickly. Not somewhere I’d have fish at again.

My review is for the McDelivery I ordered today. After a morning of DIY we decided to order a quick lunch. Order placed and waited for our delivery driver to arrive. Driver pleasant enough. Unfortunately all our food was cold and my partners burger was missing. I contacted McDonalds through the virtual assistant on the app. Arranged a refund for the missing burger (may take 15days!) Asked for the burger to be replaced as partner has nothing to eat. Told this is not possible and that I have to place another order for the missing burger. Absolutely ridiculous that they do not replace missing items when the fault lies with them. Tried to warm items received in the microwave. Worst meal ever. Customer care shocking. Now inconvenienced by having to sort some lunch for my partner whilst in the midst of DIY which was the point of ordering a take out.

The food is okay. It comes hot. The restaurant can very untidy and the tables can take a long time to be cleaned. The toilets are of average hygiene. The food is ready very fast.
