¡El trabajador aquí es racista y grosero! Realmente grosero por teléfono. ¡Se desconecta cuando le pregunto su nombre y hablo con un gerente! Dice que pensé que eras negro por eso te hablé así... Llamé para hacer una orden de recogida. La persona que lo recogía iba a recoger a un miembro de la familia y luego se dirigía a este HFC de camino a casa. Le comuniqué esto claramente a la persona por teléfono. El hombre (con un fuerte acento indio) era muy grosero y racista. Me llamó para informarme que el pedido está listo... Le digo que la persona está en camino a recogerlo y que solo están recogiendo a un miembro de la familia del trabajo antes de eso. Inmediatamente se me acerca y me dice por qué pedí esto temprano entonces... ¡recoge el pedido ahora! ¡No, ven ahora! ¡No me deja hablar en absoluto! Dice que en 30 minutos tiramos esto... llegas una hora tarde... bla bla. No, pedimos a las 9. 40... dijo que iba a estar listo en 30 minutos... íbamos a estar allí durante 10... 30 ! ! ! La última vez que pedí a las 10 dijeron que se quedaron sin pollo o la máquina de pizza está cerrada. ¡Qué estupidez! De todos modos todo el tiempo estoy comunicando esto entre la persona que recoge y el tipo en la pollería. Pero se movía como si no fuéramos a venir a recogerlo. ¡Somos clientes habituales! Comportamiento muy decepcionante y repugnante de este hombre. Exijo hablar con un gerente y él dice que el gerente está ocupado ... y luego comprueba y vuelve 5 minutos después diciendo que él es el gerente. ¿Soy estúpido? Su acento es tan espeso a quién engaña... Le pregunto su nombre y se pone a la defensiva diciendo ¿por qué me pides mi nombre? ¿Cómo te llamas? ¿No te voy a dar mi nombre? Y luego procede a colgar la llamada sin dejarme hablar. Luego vuelve a llamar 5 minutos más tarde y dice lo siento señora ... somos un negocio bla bla ... tienes que entender ... ¿entender qué? ¿Así es como hablas con los clientes habituales? Dice que pensé que eras negro y que no ibas a recoger la comida. ¿DISCULPE? (Soy del sur de Asia) pero eso es racista y no justifica nada Literalmente te mantengo informado sobre quién recoge la comida y cuándo y así es como me hablas. Qué asco. Y el gerente se esconde. Este tipo es el mismo tipo siendo grosero e irrespetuoso con otros clientes. Incluso cuando vine la última vez a la tienda. Estás perdiendo clientes manteniéndolo allí y escondiéndote. Nunca volveré aquí de nuevo. ¡Y manteniendo a toda mi familia y amigos lejos!

I've ordered from here several times and food has been great, however received food today chips were clearly refried (old) and pizza was really dry and cold.

Visited today with my family. I ordered a fish cake and was looking forward to lovely crispy batter with white fish and a Scollop inside but no I was served this frozen disgusting piece of thing!

Necesitaba un pastel en resumen, así que llamé a estos chicos. ¡Me arreglaron con un pastel personalizado en una hora! ¡Bien de precio y estaba delicioso! ¡Definitivamente recomendado!

Best pizza I’ve tried by far, everything tastes fresh and is perfectly cooked staff are polite and always happy to help and always up for a laugh even got some free food tonight

Lovely burger with bacon n cheese on my first visit to Hey Burger. Also had chips and a milkshake The staff were friendly and cooked it fresh as quickly as possible. All packed up well, with even the burger wrapped in tin foil to keep it warm Definitely above a Big Mac in quality and size but you do pay for it. All very tasty and would visit again if I fancied a burger. Worth a try at least.

Fui con mi familia al Dios Padre para llevar la comida era absolutamente delicioso. La comida era caliente y fresca, el personal era muy amable y respetuoso y me encanta cómo se puede ver todo lo que se hace frente a ti. También estaba muy limpio cuando había ido. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a todos.

this was a terrible kebab and it gave me food poining from this i even found a hair in the meal this was on e of the worst kebabs i have ever eaten would not go again if you want spunk in the food

RUDE STAFF This afternoon I went to get some food and the staff laughed at me, shook their heads at each other and rolled their eyes because I got a box that was too big!! This is the first time I’ve been here and I have learning difficulties so I need patience and good explanation instead of MOCKERY I will never get food from this place again and the other branches Disappointed

Es un restaurante de comida rápida. Hay pocas mesas en la zona de césped. Muy buen servicio, personal amable y muy buen precio. Tenían desinfectante en todas las mesas.

Aperitivo nocturno que consta de dos hamburguesas con queso y una hamburguesa doble con queso de chile. Servicio bastante rápido. Comida lobada.

In Manchester Airport to catch an early flight, feeling a bit hungry so I dropped into this KFC outlet, had a totally positive experience here. A good looking airport KFC, neat and tidy, spotlessly clean, typical KFC decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options. I ordered a chicken burger, fries and cola, service was good, I grabbed a table were I munched through my burger meal which was delicious and just what I needed to set me up for my upcoming flight to the beautiful city of Seville.

This takeaway should be avoided at all costs!!! When the food was delivered the bag was dripping wet with what, we're not sure. It was a combination of grease and maybe water? The bread with the lamb doner kebab was wet and soggy and the meat was cut into small pieces and inedible. The lamb shish kebab was completely cold and the meat was tough and inedible and the bread was hard. The chips had obviously been warmed up as they were hard and also inedible. We called the restaurant to complain and the staff were very unhelpful. The food was totally disgusting and unacceptable and they shouldn't be in business. It cost £26.00 as they charged £5 for delivery - outrageous.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had from just eat. Usually really enjoy the service, never had bad customer service until this experience. One of the items I ordered was ice cream and I received a call that they didn’t have that flavour. I was given the option for other flavours but I said I’d rather not have it. I waited until 15 mins after the expected delivery time until I called the restaurant, to which I received a very rude reply. They put the phone down on me twice until I was told “I’ll cancel your order if you want” to which I replied “no. I don’t want you to cancel my order, I’m just calling for the drivers number to check if he is close” and then my order was cancelled. I had been waiting in total for almost an hour, never had anything like it. Such bad customer service. If they needed me to order ice cream for the order I would have. The total amount of the order was 23 pounds and I was going to pay 30 in cash. It was Christmas Eve and I understand the pressure of it all, but I was prepared to be very understanding. Such a shame they were so rude.
