KFC in Manchester

In Manchester Airport to catch an early flight, feeling a bit hungry so I dropped into this KFC outlet, had a totally positive experience here. A good looking airport KFC, neat and tidy, spotlessly clean, typical KFC decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options. I ordered a chicken burger, fries and cola, service was good, I grabbed a table were I munched through my burger meal which was delicious and just what I needed to set me up for my upcoming flight to the beautiful city of Seville.

Food was decent enough but they got my order very wrong, missing items and didn’t customise the burger the way I asked. Queue was very long and I was pressed for time so couldn’t get it rectified

We stopped over night at a local hotel . Wandered into the kfc and decided to eat . We listened to the manager picking his dream team out of all his staff . They then served us the absolute worst KFC meal we have ever been served. Concentrating on the customers and quality would really pay off , As a manager stop pruning your feathers and over lording your staff and look at quality. Awful
