Nice & relaxed. Wonderful food & service.

We attended Browns Bonds Hill on 26th Saturday night, the atmosphere was pleasant, a good buzz about the restaurant. Went for the tasting menu with wine. Staff very friendly and attentive. Wine was good but not exceptional, as was the food, but certainly no complaints. only one small downer to the evening was that our daughter had bought us a £50 voucher, unfortunately we had a major fire in our house and the voucher was lost. Even though we had proof of purchase, suddenly Browns turned into a corporate restaurant, and even the suggestion of a discount possibly for a future meal was met with the computer says no reaction. This being our third tasting menu meal at your restaurant, unfortunately I think will be our last. kind Regards Jon Wilson

A wonderful experience! Amazing food, friendly staff, good seating and excellent beer; what more could you want? Dishes that might sound quite ordinary on the menu, such as the hummus and pitta bread I had for a starter, were extraordinary in their execution. I have never seen a pretty plate of hummus before!! I'm not usually a beer/lager drinker (apart from Harp), but Niall gave me excellent advice and I went on to have two pints of what he suggested! (There is also a 'taster' option of 3 small glasses of beer if like me you are having trouble deciding what to drink.) Don't let the fact that the restaurant is situated on the quieter side of Derry put you off! It is worth every extra step you have to make. Outstanding value too!

We were here before Christmas when we took our car for its service to Todds of Campsie. Our local nch was absolutely lovely and we were served by an absolutely lovely girl called Eilan. She was just a joy. So when we were thinking where to have our lunch today we decided to drive the 90 minutes back to the White Horse Inn. Our lunch was lovely and Eilan was still there serving and just as lovely. Sometimes staff make a place and it's definitely true here. We had the steak sourdough sandwich with onions, fries and pepper sauce and the club sandwich. The proper sauce is too die for and the club sandwich so large I had trouble getting it into my mouth! Dessert was honeycomb sundae and chocolate orange tart. Finished with coffee and hot chocolate. A perfect meal. Absolutely faultless as it had been on the previous occasion. Well worth a visit.

Just had a Mexican beef from here. Was absolutely beautiful, compliments to the chef. Soooo tasty n great value for money. Stuffed now ❤️

We picked a bad night. A private party had booked for later on but arrived 45 minutes early. It got very noisy but the staff compensated us without any complaints from us. The food and service wasn't the issue. This was beyond the serving staffs control. Would definitely go back.... hopefully no surprise parties next time.

Disappointed. Fish was over cooked and could not eat it all.. staff member was upset over something so not a good atmosphere.

Just went in for pizza made to my liking and partner got goigons and chips Absolutely beautiful lovely service habe been here twice now would highly reccomend :)

Fantastic From start to finish! Cocktail making was brilliant with the best bar staff ever! Dee made sure wee had the best night and looked after all the girls. The door staff were brilliant crack especially Arlene! The music was brilliant! Safe to say wee will be back!!!

I ordered a birthday cake for my dads 80th birthday, it was absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

Did an online order, said would be ready within 15mins, when went to collect it took another half hr.. disappointment came, when they are taking card payments occasionally and have a sign to only accept cash but to regulars are taking card. The food wasnt warm. The portion was half nothing. Will not be ordering again from here.
