The best restaurants serving Default food in Kernan Craigavon Southern NI

Shocking attitude from staff the past 3 times I’ve taken my family, had to ask where the high chairs were to go and get one myself, my husband had to go and get menus as no-one came near us to order and I actually caught the teenage waitress giving him dirty looks for this. Brought my son to get ice cream after our meal, the 2 girls behind the till stared at us until I had to ask one to serve us. Went to pay and realised I was short cash by £1 so asked could I put the £1 on my card was told by the girl that she’d actually already put it through as card so she couldn’t change payment type?! Please get some decent staff instead of petulant teenagers who would literally rather be anywhere else

Great food in massive portions tho slow service was quite busy tho

Superb for a meal or just a cup of tea or coffee with a sandwich.

I ordered a munchy box the box showed different dishes chips noodles rice ect but I wasn't informed when I ordered I had to pick so on arriving I opened a box of fried rice and hard chicken pieces with onion rings discussing and cold I have never ordered from this place before and definitely won't again

Very disappointing. Staff not friendly. No smile or thankyou. Pan o chocolate was tough as if had been sitting days. Won't rush back

I was second time at burger king even I said after first visit I won't be back ever again but my son was asking for a treat.. Food is expensive, small portions that looks that was throwing together quickly, doesn't look delicious. Staff is ignorant, unprofessional, no manners. Won't be back ever.

Visited in December 2022, I witnessed the cafe supervisor refuse to serve an elderly man, telling him loudly that they were closed as it was “4 o’clock “, it was 5 to 4. 10 minutes after he had refused to serve this man, he served two other people. When the elderly objected I heard the supervisor threaten to have him removed from the store . Shocking behaviour and not the first time I’ve heard him behave this way although it’s usually towards the young female staff.

Very disappointing. Took my son and his friends here. Customer service terrible. Waited nearly an hour for main course to then be told there was a miscommunication, our order wasn’t placed by our server. We got up an left. Definitely would not recommend this place.
