The best restaurants serving Default food in Dalton Kirklees Yorkshire and The Humber

Travelled up north from london for an event and stumbled upon this lovely cafe for Sunday breakfast. It was delicious. A basic breakfast and our plates were full. Very reasonably priced too.

Happened to be walking past and caught site of Langos store on Huddersfield Market, having developed a taste for them whilst in Budapest. Went for a large garlic Langos (for breakfast..), which was freshly made and very authentic. Owners very pleasant and good price at less than a fiver including a drink. Shall be back !

I had the full english. Friendly service, regular procession of local customers all of whom have a chat and a laugh with the staff. Good and filling food

Went for medium fish and chips and a medium curry sauce. It was all freshly cooked. We had to drive a bit further than expected to eat them, so I thought the fish may have gone soggy, but it didn't. The batter was lovely and crispy. The only negative is that it's cash only, but there is a machine around the corner.

Poor service. Accept the orders on just eat, make you wait 30 minutes before telling you they can’t fulfil this. This has happened on 3 occasions. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone else

Very good Thai takeaway, always delicious and reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Wow amazing food, my first time here with my wife. The lamb chops were delicious and the new sticky toffee pudding they are trying out was sweet and delicious

The best fish and chips in my opinion... Crispy golden batter lovely chips and the best curry ever. They never disappoint.

Reasonably priced fish n chips etc. friendly staff. And parking behind shop.

Seek this place out if you're in the neighborhood ! Delicious curry dish in the local market, not too far from the train station.

The food is always amazing here - today did not disappoint. The restaurant was full and the staff were busy but the staff were super friendly and had smiles on their faces the whole time. Garcia is the coolest server around

The restaurant has now permanently closed as of 30/10/2023 apparently due to foreclosure on the property . We found this out once we arrived at the restaurant yesterday evening 12/11/2023. Ignore the fact you can still book online as we were also victim to this. Such a terrible shame as this was a fantastic restaurant.

Food -amazing, ambiance-amazing, service -amazing, Staff-superb! Naz looked after us so welcoming and friendly. We have just had the most beautiful food and whole experience was brilliant! Thankyou all for such a lovely night and celebration of my father in law’s birthday 🎂 xxxx. Also the GF, and vegetarian options are huge! ❤️❤️
