We had a small group. Service was amazing. Food was exquisite and delivered in good time. They were so kind to us, helped us with the birthday surprise and took pictures for us. Highly recommend 👌

Great food and restaurant- owner is very attentive and it's always good to know they care about how your experience was etc. The menu is extensive and plenty to choose from! Also very nice setting.

Now editing my original review as second time I came they now only serve cheap cola when I asked for coke sero. They no longer do any garlic bread or flat bread. Then to top it off it took 50minutes to get the driest chicken I've ever eaten when the restraint only had 2 other occupied tables. Shocking reteraunt experience.

Great Parmo ... some competition for Linthorpe Rd. ... but a lot closer to home for us

This was the first time my fiancé took me to this place and my first impression wasn’t a good one. When we got there half of the food on the menu they weren’t serving I.e garlic bread and flatbread which we wanted as a starter. We ordered Coke Zero which it stated on the menu but when it came it was Barr diet cola and was flat despite it was from a can. We were told the chicken would take 35 mins to cook despite there was only one other table in there who had already had their food served to them. The chicken took an hour to arrive which was twice as long as we were told. I am very reluctant to return after my 1st experience was very disappointing

Chicken Parmesan is highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic food made with quality ingredients. Ordered the half chicken and hot shot parmesan, lovely and tender with good flavours. The place is away from the central hustle and bustle of town, plenty of parking, clean with nice decor, staff very friendly and helpful, overall a relaxing atmosphere. I will certainly be making another trip soon!

Really good, so many things I wanted to try on the menu but settled for the carribean waka waka chicken. Very tasty, chicken was really well. Will def return if I come back to Huddersfield.

Creamy chicken rice dish was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Chicken wraps are lovely & partner enjoyed the chicken parmo. All really nice cooked well and full of flavour. Waiter was lovely also, will be back again thank you

The food we had was really nice. The waitress didn't know the menu and was struggling to find what we ordered. After all five of us had chosen what we were having , we were then told there was no garlic bread, no lamb, no Fanta so we had to start choosing alternative dishes. My husband and I chose garlic mushrooms to share , as it only came with one spoon I asked for another spoon. It took at least 5 minutes for the waiter to get me another spoon by which time the dish was nearly finished. There was no service from the staff at all and if I could have chose zero stars for service I would have..We had long waiting times to be served also. When I visited the toilet there was no toilet roll in one cubical so had had to go in the second one and there was no soap in the dispenser. In conclusion, although the food that we had was good we will definitely not be returning.

We had the Caribbean Prawns and it was wonderful. Very tasty and very well cooked. Clean. Perfection. Also the Mixed grill Platter with lamb chops and chicken wings in Manjaro sauce, it was perfection!! A little bit spicy but enough to give it the hmm yummy taste. Cooked to perfection. I would definitly recommend.

Lovely atmosphere in manjaros tonight. The service was on point. First time I’ve been and it’s the best choice we made. We tried the hotshot Parmesan and creamy Caribbean waka steak with spicy rice. We will recommend this place to our friends and family. Desserts and new menu coming soon

Majority of our food was good but the sizzler flavour was not nice. Steak chips were cooked well but sweet.

Perfect little place for a bite to eat

Absolutely demolished the 16 wings platter, beautiful sauce and I was impressed to see full wings at a restaurant for once! Staff were lovely too. I can’t help but think this place would be far busier if it wasn’t as out-of-the-way as it is. I’ll happily make the trip out again at some point though, totally worth it.

First time been to Manjaros on Wakefield rd in Huddersfield. Menus give and server states we don’t have lamb dishes, pizza, or garlic breads in today. What’s the point with the menus then. Thought they’ve moved up a step from firth street but seriously it was no better. Would not serve me a glass of water from the tap due to not being filtered 🤣. What an excuse !!!! Even though we spent £60 on the food. Am sure all manjaros are supposed to be the same??? But not this one. Seriously boys step up otherwise it’s going to be another Firth Street.
