This is a small and clean cafe a good hike out of Huddersfield. I had an excellent breakfast and hot drink for around a fiver. The portion size was fine and the bacon was well cooked. It's handy for the Tolson museum which is just up the road and they appear to do takeaway.

Been visiting most Friday for years with my lovely walking friend Richard has joined his amazing wife Fay & they make the best friendliest team along with the other staff The food is always gorgeous we usually have a breakfast sandwich but recently had hot beef & Fays amazing homemade burgers Lovely drinks hot cold & alcohol. They open TFSS 10- 8 for breakfast lunch & tea ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

609A Wakefield RoadTravelled up north from london for an event and stumbled upon this lovely cafe for Sunday breakfast. It was delicious. A basic breakfast and our plates were full. Very reasonably priced too.

Bents House 21 Belmont Street, Huddersfield HD1 5BZ EnglandSunday lunch was a let down, but everything around it was great. Starters, service and sides were super. Unfortunately, the main Sunday roast was all a bit bland and lifeless. Gravy was on par with store bought. Would maybe try their standard menu if it was up to the level of the starter/sides.
