The best restaurants serving Default food in Pinvin Wychavon West Midlands

Amazing coffee, amazing staff, amazing town with very nice people. I had a fantastic time there overall. However, reception is poor in Bishampton town and inside the shop or any buildings you might not be able to make any calls, send messages, or make online payments without network interruptions. I really hope the relevant authorities can improve mobile phone network reception in the area. Also if you plan on using a debit card at the village shop/post office to pay for coffee and other items, it might not work for some reason. It’s the single most painful experience I had to endure since I had to look for another post office to withdraw cash.

Didn’t eat but 1* for the drinks. The ale tasted off. Warm pint. Suspected either barrel gone off or the lines haven’t been cleaned for a long time. After passing the cellar we noticed the door wide open, facing the terrace and it was a warm day. So clearly no temperature control which would explain the gone off beer. The service was also really odd, felt like a twilight zone.

This local pub specialises in steak! They offer various deals on different nights of the week, so check out their website. The food is excellent, the service is professional and the vibe is great. We have been several times and each visit has been consistently good. Booking is essential.

Communication booking on fb message excellent and quick. I think maybe we picked the wrong Saturday evening, as a lot of the menu wasn’t available. Also it’s unusual, as the waitress takes food orders and you order and pay at the bar separately for drinks. 🍷 Food was nice. Busy pub and the river views are nice if it’s daytime. Toilets….. could do with sorting. Light bulb 💡 out in one, lock broke in another. I think I’d return for a nice drink by the river.

Lovely pub with a fabulous view overlooking the river Avon. Plenty of outdoor seating and inside seating is nicely presented. They have a good range of beers and ciders. The food is great - not the most extensive menu but a good range to choose from and best of all it’s very good quality and value for money

We booked a table today (last minute) for 4 adults as we used to go here all the time for Sunday lunch before it closed a few years ago (we hadn't been back since it reopened). Well, we couldn't have been more disappointed. We had to wait over an hour and a half as they forgot to put our order through to the kitchen even though we had paid, and when it eventually arrived, I can honestly say it was definitely NOT worth the wait. The meat was shredded and dry as a bone, the roast potatoes and stuffing were black and the veg was just like slop and the cauliflower cheese (which is something I would usually kill for) was awful there was no cheesy flavour and no sauce. All the food was extremely salty as well. The Yorkshire puddings (which my husband and son usually adore) were tiny and flat and doughy. We were also disappointed by the staff who offered no apology and just kept saying that our good would be out shortly even after we watched people who came after us finish, pay, and leave . I understand that everyone is human and mistakes can be made but if the staff had have been more helpful and the food was worth the money then I think we could have forgiven but as neither apply then we definitely won't be going back.
