The best restaurants serving Default food in Welford Stratford-on-Avon West Midlands

Wonderful service, lovely food, generous portions. We forgot our dog’s dinner, and bought a couple of sausages to keep her going - bless ‘em, they chopped them up into a bowl, added a couple of dog biscuits and brought them out first. So lovely ❤️

Absolutely gem of a place in a quiet village. Lovely spacious room, comfy bed, decent size shower. I then dined for evening meal and went for the home chicken and mushroom pie, OMG!! That was delicious. In my view of travelling around the country, this place deserves a 4 star

Five of us plus our dog went to The Bell for the first time and would easily go back. I've saved it as a favourite on Google Maps, so next time we are in Strafird upon Avon, we will eat there. The food was good and staff very friendly.

MISOGYNISTIC through and through! 2 women in the pub for an afternoon wine. No one else at the bar but there was no one serving for ages. No problem. Then when the Scottish barman comes out and asks who's first, we say us ( since then 2 groups of men came in) , then he goes and serves both men before us! We're locals but won't be back again due to our treatment. I would have walked out had it not been for my friend who didn't want to cause a scene. Shame on them that they think it's ok to treat women like that!

We came here for my Father-in-Laws 60th birthday last night and we had a really lovely meal & experience. We are so sad we forgot to ask the name of the lovely man who was serving us as he made our evening (young guy with a black country accent). He was so friendly, made us laugh loads and despite being a very hot evening and obviously very busy, he went out of his way to make our evening an enjoyable one. He also let us know pizza bases were running low so came over to take our order if we wanted one in case they ran out. And the food- incredible. We've eaten here a few times and the food is always lovely, but can't imagine how hot it was in that kitchen last night with the weather, and the food was perfect and the chef was so lovely. They even sent out a surprise birthday dessert which was such a lovely touch. We all had a great time and we recommend this place to anyone for a lovely evening out and great food. Thank you!

The Sunday carvery is amazing and the staff are so helpful. We visited in September 2024 and were blown away by the effort the staff made in getting vegetarian options for one family member, they even had special gravy. A nice relaxed atmosphere and great quality food.

Visited today and ordered a Diet Coke, a latte and a slice of cake. Was told upon ordering it would be a 15 minute wait. After 40 minutes of waiting at the table I gave up and went back to the counter and asked for a refund. Staff couldn’t have cared less. The couple next to me also being served at the counter had the same issue. They too requested a refund having waited 45 minutes for two coffees. Utterly poor service. Got my money back and went elsewhere.

I wont go into detail simply because the list is to long. All i can say is food over priced, poor service and definitely not with a smile. Will never go back.
