Bloody awful stone cold burger and chips over £21 spent on an adult and kids meal, overcooked and left to go cold burgers and near stone cold old chips, I went back and complained and he gave me fresh chips, the food we paid over £21 for, should have been put in the bin, not served. One of the men serving was bitting his finger nails and I didn't see him wash his hands or wipe the surfaces down.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the country. Always a long wait, poor service and often your order is wrong. Tonight was the last straw: ❌Very long wait +20mins ❌Terrible service, number shouted then no acknowledgement when collecting, witness another customer literally being shout at by a manager that they never put extra cheese in when the burger is made even when the customer selects it on the app ❌And the order was wrong, cheese box instead of chicken selects, only noticed by the time I was home🤦🏼♂️

I have been trying to get a refund for the poor service and food that we received from your outlet at Lower Wick Dursley en route home to Torquay. We waited over half an hour for lukewarm food and flat drinks with no ice. I complained immediately and have been trying to get a refund ever since! None of the complaint numbers work so I have complained via your website and have been met with what I would call a gate keeper experience. Essentially, I have only been able to communicate with an employee called George who has at every opportunity made excuses and delays to all of my requests none of which have been answered! He is now ghosting me and has not replied to my last two exasperated emails. The service I have received from him is as poor as the food and service received in your restaurant. I have tried to be polite and patient but I have run out of both now! A company of your size and standing should be able to refund a customer without the expectation that the customer returns to the restaurant. I by the way live over 100 miles away from said restaurant! I have also then been told to provide a long list of details around the transaction including my account details so the money can be repaid. I have rightly or wrongly given these details in the belief Burger King will reimburse me but as yet nothing!!!! I'd be interested from a GDPR point of view what you are doing with my details?? I certainly know if this was my business I would be horrified! All this for £33.86p

I ordered the food on just eat for me and my girlfriend. It arrived quickly to my surprise but that was when the terror started. The cheesy chips were cold which wasn’t ideal but half expected due to delivery but then disaster struck. I opened my kebab wrap with chicken and lamb and dug in. All seemed fine apart from lack of flavour coming From the chicken which is when I took a further look to see the chicken was raw. I don’t mean a little pink in the middle I mean apart from the outside it was fully raw and cold in the middle. I have been trying to get a refund on just eat but finding it difficult. Have been sick since. Awful food avoid the chicken clearly not been trained how to cook food.
