The best restaurants serving Default food in Hillside Wokingham South East

Every Saturday we come to this Costa and are often served by Aisha. She is smiley, helpful and incredibly efficient. Especially today when she was serving alone for a period of time and had it all under control. She makes our visit extra special and we miss her when she is not here! A big thank you Aisha!

Ordered a toasted chicken tikka, came un-toasted, REALLY stale and wet on the rest of the bread and with teriyaki sauce? My cheese poppers were also wet

Wanted to highlight a particular member of staff kiayra . She’s always welcoming, smilie and helpful. She also works incredibly hard, I often see her serving at the bar alone, tidying up the bar area, and making drinks for the restaurant without anyone else around. She never complains just smiles and carries on. She really deserves recognition. The food is great, the atmosphere is friendly, and great value for money especially if you have the reward card.

Cold food told couldn’t warm it up no bacon left and staff was rude I asked nicely for food to warm said she couldn’t do it the only thing that was hot was coffee

never arrived said it was delivered but wasn't

Placing an order and then being called 10 times to go pick my order up from downstairs, they can't even bother coming at the door no more . We all being charged with delivery, is not like is included in the price of the pizza. Beside I receive this email asking me to tip the driver which apparently comes to my door 🤣🤣🤣. Is this a joke ? Driver was waiting downstairs for a while for me to go collect order instead of getting rid of the order and deliver it at the door as is sais in the email ..
