Placing an order and then being called 10 times to go pick my order up from downstairs, they can't even bother coming at the door no more . We all being charged with delivery, is not like is included in the price of the pizza. Beside I receive this email asking me to tip the driver which apparently comes to my door 🤣🤣🤣. Is this a joke ? Driver was waiting downstairs for a while for me to go collect order instead of getting rid of the order and deliver it at the door as is sais in the email ..

The food was edible in the car park was enjoyable but as we opened our pizza we were subjected to some terrible news !!!! We had open the pizza to discover that A piece of a pizza was missing ( dramatic music) my son was on the floor crying to find out that he had now had a half piece of pizza with his sister and then this resulted in arguments which we blame Domino’s Pizza‘s company for but it is quite a fun experience for me as my household is very boring and for that I would like to thank Domino’s Pizza but next time when I come stop dominoes I expect a full size pizza and an extra slice xxxxx From Karen

Ordered a couple of large pizza on Bank Holiday Monday at the beginning of May 2021. Pizza arrived in great time and was piping hot which was great. Great experience and much better than PizzaHut delivery which I previously ordered back in Feb 2021 which was not a good experience. Great Job Dominos Lower Earley.

Friendly, standard subway fare. Standard prices. Tasty, but Stingy on salad stuff with just 5 kernels of sweetcorn as a "portion" 1/400 of your "5 a day"!! Boss was dishing it out. So he can't blame the staff!

Called in here with my wife, we were staying over the road at the crown plaza hotel, But the prices were high, we were welcomed by a nice man who said he was a manager from head office on day experience, he was very pleasant and helpful, the coffees were good and the food too. Worth a visit on a busy enterprise park

Very lack lustre lunchtime experience here recently. Sign said wait to be seated… which we followed. Eventually managed to catch a server’s eye and asked where we could sit, to be told ‘you can sit where you like’. The tables were sticky and needed cleaning - not sure why these hadn’t been done as it wasn’t busy. Waited ages for someone to take our order… he really would benefit from some basic training in hospitality skills as these were severely lacking. The food was passable but expensive for what we had. The quiche and salad consisted of a microwaved quiche resulting in soggy pastry - and the salad was more like a garnish - not good value at over £10. Plenty of other better value and nicer eating experiences to be had nearby.

We have not been here since it was Wyvales but thought we would try the afternoon tea. We pre booked and added the savoury plate in addition so it worked out at just under £16.50 each. I must say it was a disappointment. To start with the savoury plates were well worth the extra £2.95. The prawn vol-au-vents and sausage rolls were perfect but the cheese vol-au-vent was far too cheesey. As for the afternoon tea itself, the scones that we were served were nowhere near the size of the ones on display at the counter, so I am not sure if you get something different on the afternoon tea but they were much smaller, so we felt a bit conned. As you can see from the photos, the scones were no bigger than the small pot of clotted cream and even if you compare it to the photo of an earlier reviewer you can see the size difference. The sandwiches were okay but the cucumber ones were just plain cucumber and the salmon one was very strong. Despite their size, the scones were nice. Overall, I don't think its worth it to be honest. Whilst we were there we saw some really good looking portions of fish and chips so if we go back it's probably going to be that for us but by 13:00 was all sold out, so go early.

Seems to be run by scruffy Indians with very poor personal hygiene and appearance who haven't got a clue what they're doing. Wouldn't trust any of them to open a tin of cat food and feed my cat, let alone make me a pizza. Don't expect your order to delivered on time,or be ready for collection at the requested time. More than that, if you don't want to be put off your food altogether, don't let yourself see the dirty, scruffy, unhygienic staff that make it! My last experience at that store has put me off Dominos for life!!!
