Great fish and chips! Definitely my go-to place in Maidenhead when I want f&c.

Don’t do it. You’re better if with a low budget microwave meal. Nothing Japanese about this place, unfortunately the experience spoilt what was otherwise a lovely day for my daughters birthday. Waste of time and money

Well all I can say is what an amazing place to visit I have a daughter with special needs and she was being slightly challenging when we arrived Chelsea the owner noticed this with the upmost discreatiom she decided to change our table to a quite section of the pub with a private outside area did not make any comments just made us feel so welcome and settled I have never experienced this before in the 14 years I have had her and made the the family lunch so much more enjoyable for me staff and food 10/10 thank you so much x

I would love this place for location and garden but every time I go it disappoints massively. Service is very amateur - young people who don't care - service is very bad and unprofessional - sorry but it needs an overhaul, such a waste of a place - staff sitting around drinking the owners profits - such a shame

Chelsey , the chef and her staff couldn’t have been more attentive, accommodating, professional and lovely on Saturday 5th April for our group of 20 and our wedding celebration. The food was exceptional and plentiful, so many thanks to the chef for all the thought, preparation and wonderful flavours. The staff were fabulous and efficient. Capped by Chelsey’s management of the occasion which was super smooth. Chelsey, we cant thank you enough for a wonderful day at the lovely Golden Ball, love from Zoe & Iain.

Best Chinese take-away! The sweet n sour chicken balls are perfect - generous, real chicken pieces in crispy batter. The sauce isn’t too sweet nor brightly coloured. The chicken and king prawn chow-mein dishes were delicious! Thank you, Happy Wok!
