Lovely visit with a friend to sit out and have coffee during Bunkfest. Unbelievable rudeness from another customer towards the staff who were gracious and tolerant where to eject him would have been entirely appropriate and reasonable. Instead they returned his money as an act of goodwill. Everyone who witnessed this was appalled by how awful he was. Such a lovely cafe!

Really friendly, welcoming people run this coffee bar. The coffee is brewed to perfection. The tea is strong and flavoursome. The toasted sandwiches are filled to the brim and very tasty. The cakes are moist and delicious. The outlook is pleasant due to the flowers and plants. The atmosphere, cosy and inviting. They also serve ice cream, toasties, waffles, and smoothies. The ice creams in waffle cones are amazing. The ice cream goes right down to the bottom, so every bite is a delight. This is a place we visit time and again. It comes very highly recommended indeed.

We recently booked Durban Spice for a private dining experience. First off the ease and communication from Shabs was first class. On the evening, the welcome to us and the rest of our guests was super warm and friendly. Sarah did an excellent job of hosting us and accommodating to all ensuring we all felt at ease. The food was literally incredible, the flavours were even better than the food back home in Durban. Sarah & Shabs did a great job explaining the dishes, their story and how they come to get that real true Durban flavour and spice. Thank you so much, it made for a wonderful evening and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Absolutely amazing!!! Such fresh ingredients, the meals are delicious and pastry’s are 10/10. Great coffee too we bought some to have at home. Lovely staff. Their new menu has something for everyone and reasonably priced! So glad this is our local☺️

Stopped off here for breakfast while i was in the area. Food was lovely, generous portions, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

I felt like these amazing drinks transported me into a sweet other world. The staff were very helpful and kind especially on my first day there. The scenery in the small shop was very cute and it smelt amazing i felt very warm and welcomed. I recommend going with friends or family to hove an amazing experience. That's a 5 star rating from me!

I am a regular visitor to this delightful cafe in South Didcot, where there is always service with a smile and great coffee ,cake, breakfasts and light lunches. The cafe provides a great meeting place for locals to meet up, or a solo relax with a lovely coffee

I come to rap and shake all the time because the food and drink is amazing! My favourite thing to order is the Oreo milkshake, which makes my mouth water every time I think of it and I love the way that rap and shake uses real Oreos in it! The crepes rap and shake do are also really great as they are a very good price for the size of the crepe. The costumer service is wonderful and the lovely man who is usually at the till is always very organised and doesn’t take long to prepare the food/drink you ordered. The 5 star hygiene is also very impressive. Furthermore, it is essential to make sure food and drink is prepared with good hygiene and rap and shake do not fail to do so every time. Lastly I do not know if rap and shake do deliveries but I believe they don’t so it would be wonderful if they could start doing as deliveries as I would love to order something to eat or drink from there given I am in self isolation at the moment and can’t go out. Thank you rap and shake for being my favourite place to order food and drink and you do not fail to please every time.
