Excellent local pub with a wide ranging menu and a surprisingly good selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes (all marked on the menu - which is excellent). Friendly staff, welcoming atmo

Oh wow! gorgeous food, lovely service and beautiful setting. We came for Sunday roast and were really impressed. Locally sourced meat - the waiter was knowledgeable when we asked about their supplier
Owing to the long term owner selling the freehold the pub is in new ownership and is now closed at present until they have completed their refurb.
This pub has had a few ups and downs like most pubs
