The best restaurants serving Default food in Isle of Wight South East

I was luck enough to get 2 seat at the ‘pay what you want’ evening. I can honestly say it did not disappoint! 8 individuals sat round a table, enjoying wonderful food. A brilliant concept! Each dish was carefully thought out and tasted insane. Alex and Laurel were easily able to cater for my gf needs along with the normal secret menu! I will be ordering take out soon so I can share their amazing food with my Husand. Checkout their website and get your name in the hat for one of these brilliant evenings!! Lovely’s breakfasts with good choices. Cathy and Mike’s always friendly. Good value for money. Their dog Gary is always well behaved.

Upmarket wine tasting. Sommelier Tom and his wine-panneled (!) room for an hour long tasting sessions are impeccable. For maximum enjoyment, book one of six rooms for an overnight stay and check out one of the local restaurants within walking distance.

Went here this morning with my wife , son and his other half. 4 choice of breakfast sizes! Ridiculously good prices too. Decent Brekkie and perfectly cooked. Set me up for the day! Nice sausages and quality bacon. Plum tomatoes which I love! Eggs cooked just how I like them with a nice runny yolk. When we got there to the table I reserved it was empty but withing 10/20 mins s I found out why it was suggested I booked a table and it was almost full ! I cant think of anywhere else that you would get a mug of tea or coffee for £1.50? Will definitely be back They also do a Sunday roast for £8.95!.........it's a shame I've just had such a large breakfast!

Just a 5 minute drive from the ferry. Very nice food and good service. Would recommend Bettys Brekkie. Fairly reasonably priced.

An aptly titled Tea Room. . Friendly welcome, interestingly themed and offers a wide range of hot drinks and lovely food. Yes it's on the expensive side but everything is of high quality/standard so felt acceptable value for money. Would visit again and Definitely recommend. Note it's down a long gravel road from main rd. the only sign you come across appears to a different place which is confusing. Ignore the place name ( which I understand is the farm name where situated) and follow the tea room arrow.

Had a beautiful Mother's day lunch at Tandem Tea rooms today. Huge selection of sandwiches, savouries, cakes and scones. Great value for the Mother's day special lunch. We had to take our leftovers home as just too much to eat! Lovely happy atmosphere.

A fantastic place for breakfast. Really on trend decor. Excellent service. Food incredible. Cakes fabulous. A must visit when in the isle of white, you won’t be disappointed! Good luck with your business. Audrey

What a tasty little gem in sandown. Popped in for lunch during the week and Viv's Jamaican cooking didn't dissapoint! We had jerk chicken and the stewed beef which were both packed full of flavour. Good portion sizes and the rest you can take home. They also do Jamaican patties and a selection of homemade cakes. Try the bread and butter pudding. It's heavily indulgent but you just can't stop eating it! Will definitely recommend and come again 🙂

What a great cafe. Relaxed, cosy atmosphere. Good coffee and cakes. The lunch menu looked good too. It was a real treat to have an excellent pianist playing when we arrived. Lots of art displayed and adverts for upcoming music events - just wished we lived closer.

This spot is so homey as it reminds me of home. The workers were so friendly and sweet! Would definitely go there again!!!

6 of us enjoyed fabulous toasties, Sausage rolls and baguettes in the sun, outside this fantastic little street cafe. The coffee was top notch and my daughter loved her Ice tea. The team were very helpful which led to my Mum purchasing some of their local IOW goods from selection of jams, biscuits, alcohol and cheeses. Great value, nice people and perfect location.

Amazing food, went down last weekend to try the new menu and wow what lovely flavours and service by Richard. Fantastic burgers as well! will certainly be coming back

I love this care it doesn't pretend to be posh or anything it isnt. Lots to choose from on menu and lots of interest on walls. Nicely different.

As Aussies we are critical of coffee as our culture is addicted to it. Here we had a coffee we were amazingly thrilled with. It was a REAL COFFEE with flavour, depth, texture and truly made with love thank you Emma for creating the best coffee we have had in the entirety of the UK xx
