Amazing restaurant , we had my husbands 40th birthday celebrations here . 40 people they gave us the private room at the front the doors up ones up on to the outside seating area . It was a beautiful day the kids was able to play in the little park outside . The food was amazing all came out to together and all delicious. The staff can’t do enough to help you, from the booking process to the service on the day . Would highly recommend

I went on a little walk for a first date and we decided to stop for a coffee. My date got all hot a bothered by the lad called “Ant” who served us. We went back to mine and made love together. Myself and Callum have decided to get together so I would like to thank “Ant” 😘

The service & quality of the meal were excellent. We were celebrating a family birthday & we will have great memories. Thanks to Rashid who made us feel so welcome. Thanks also for the team who provided some excellent & memorable food. Brilliant!! We are looking forward to returning soon.

Luigi never cleared our tables, he spent all the time giving free champagne to single ladies sat in various tables but never seemed to speak to a male and female couple. Pretty poor service on his behalf. The lady on reception was really nice and friendly. Food was replenished regularly and was of good quality. Shame that his attitude ruined the experience.

Great Chinese takeaway and has been favourite for years. Not really sure why it has taken so long for me to write a review. Always very tasty and friendly service.

Delicious, fresh dishes with attentive service in a warm atmosphere. A delightful discovery, highly recommended for a special meal.

Decent food ...lovely atmosphere for families

Had dinner here 13.5.25 before our flight to Grenada. No requirement to book. Staff very attentive to get you seated. Good choice of menu and food presentation was just superb. I had the butter chicken curry and my wife had a nice piece of seabass. Dessert was delicious. Especially the cheese cake and pavlova dishes. A bit thanks to waiter Jaden for his quick pleasant service. We watched the staff from the bar after the meal and their attention to customer service is magnificent. We had breakfast hear while we waited for our plane. We had croissants with cheese and ham and they where very tasty. We also had a cup of coffee and a tea. It was a nice place to sit and chill while we waited and it was nice seeing the people walking round the airport.

I don’t know why there are so many negative comments on this bar? Although I never ate the 3 lads on the bar were very friendly, there is 3 largers on tap along with a cider. Very good prices for an airport hotel bar.

Quick trip to UK. Nice enough food for a massive intl. hotel chain based in an airport terminal, but there was an exceptional waiter called RAJ who absolutely rocked it. Worked his arse off and really needs some recognition. Well done!

Impossible to eat, you do not get any service! Stay in a budget hotel, they have better service. I am writing this while sitting in the restaurant

Avoid McDonald’s Gatwick – An Absolute Disgrace to the Brand I have to say, McDonald’s at Gatwick is without a doubt the worst establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with—both within the organisation and across its franchise network. After having previous difficulties visiting the store in person, I decided to give them another chance by ordering through a delivery service since I live relatively close by. What followed was nothing short of a disaster. Tracking the driver’s journey, I could see he was stuck waiting at the restaurant for nearly an hour—an appalling delay considering this is supposed to be “fast food.” When my order finally arrived, it was an absolute embarrassment. • Stone-cold chips—clearly left sitting out for ages. • A Big Mac that looked like it had been run over—completely mangled and falling apart. • Two McFlurrys—both melted to the point of being liquid slop. Let’s be clear: this wasn’t the delivery driver’s fault. He even mentioned that the manager of the store couldn’t care less when he raised concerns about the wait time and condition of the food. That says everything about the standards (or lack thereof) at this branch. The level of negligence and disrespect for customers here is absolutely shocking. How can a brand as big as McDonald’s allow this kind of blatant disregard for quality and service to tarnish its name? It’s an embarrassment to the franchise and a slap in the face to paying customers.

Absolutely appalling experience at KFC Gatwick. The food was very cold , the staff were unhelpful, and the place was messy. To top it off, I received a £60 fine from MET Parking despite not overstaying! The parking system is clearly flawed, and there’s no accountability. I tried to appeal, but it’s a complete nightmare. Avoid this place unless you want overpriced chicken and an unjust parking fine to ruin your day!
