Only called in for ice cream but this is a lovely little shop with very friendly staff. Local produce available and a good range.

Second time overnighting in, this time, our new campervan. Real locals' pub with lots of doggy friends for our Henry. The free dog treats didn't last long... No burgers ('cos Winter!) so we both had ribeye steaks. Great flavour but they were a bit thin! Staff were really friendly, toilets clean and Guinness was good. Recommended.

Really friendly people here. Food and drink were excellent. Stayed one night. Room was brilliant - love the breakfast! Highly recommend. Community pub - we need more like this!

My 96yr old Aunt and I ate Saturday lunch at Hamilton Arms yesterday. We have eaten there regularly over the last 15+ years and they have never let us down. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are always friendly. I would recommend, and always do, to anyone to visit them for a great Thai experience.

We last visited this excellent restaurant in 2019, and returned for lunch. The staff were most attentive, the restaurant beautifully appointed. The lunch/all day menu is freshly prepared throughout,of excellent quality and delicious. The wine list is small but select. There is a choice of seating at table in the restaurant, in the lounge or outdoors under parasols overlooking the croquet lawn. The staff were more than happy to accommodate our one year old grandson.

We went here for a family meal. I enjoyed the get-together but found the service quite slow and we had to wait a long time for our food to arrive. The pub was also very quiet at the time, so it meant there was a lack of atmosphere. Have visited before and would try again in future.

To start with we had to wait 1 hr and 30 minutes for our meal then my meal was not very warm and the meal size was very small more like a starter

We visited here by chance whilst staying nearby on Saturday and we were so impressed. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful and the food was EXCELLENT! Beautiful spot for a sunny afternoon drink as well. Thanks so much!

Had a delicious vegetarian Sunday lunch here today for the first time. Excellent value for money - our food and drinks. Greeted by friendly staff. Atmosphere upbeat - dog friendly and happy customers around us. Food was served quickly, and was tasty and delicious. Generous portions. Delightful service - checked quickly that we were happy with our meal. Our server was charming and smiley.
