Cracking old school country pub. Lovely friendly locals too

Came across this lovely pub by chance. Even though they were extremely busy managed to squeeze us in for Sunday lunch which was delicious. 2 of us had pudding which again was obviously home made and delicious. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating made us feel very at home and welcome. We at first sat in the bar which was a typical old fashioned pub and later moved to the lovely conservatory for lunch. The grounds are beautiful in a glorious setting in the West Sussex countryside. Can’t wait to visit again and make it a regular event. The prices were very reasonable too.

Don't have a sandwich menu on a Saturday, service hit and miss,didn't stay for lunch. Lots of children and dogs.
