The best restaurants serving Default food in Oxton Wirral North West

I’ve been going to home on and off for 12 years. I found it had gone down hill a couple of years ago so went less. We decided to give it another go recently and were not disappointed. Things have improved dramatically. The portion sizes are better and the quality of food much improved. Well done to the new management x

Waited 2 hours for a delivery that they stated would be 30 minutes. Rang several times and was fobbed off. On the plus side the young girl that answers the phone is very polite. I’d never use them again.

Got a double cheese burger. Very nine.

I ordered two foot long subs to be delivered. They arrived on a brown roll, no cheese, no garlic mayo,wrong salad,not toasted, had some horrible sauce on it so we couldn't eat it,they went in the bin.Messaged the place, got offered a quarter of the bill total as a refund! I said no I wanted a full refund,they said it's been done and closed the case. Today I was emailed to say I'll be getting a quarter of the whole bill refunded.Absolutely fuming!

Poor customer service. Very slow and lazy. Asked staff for allergy guidelines as I have limitations as to what I can and can not consume to be told we are busy preparing. Disgusting

We both ordered the burger meals one a build your own and the other their Cheese Burger. Patties were very tasty and sauce was akin to a McDonald's "secret burger sauce" but it was delicious nonetheless. Fries that came with the meal however were a tad overcooked and I couldn't finish them. Their Habenero cheese bites were not enjoyed, fried outer crumb with a very thick cream cheese inner which just were odd in texture and lacked flavour sadly. In addition, the music being played in the restaurant felt like I was more in a night club not somewhere I came to eat food. Granted its not luxury or a "premier marque" eatery I didn't feel it was appropriate and was unexpected.
