Great place for a wedding or just a stay at the weekend

Stumbled across this cafe whilst taking shelter from the rain in Chipping. The hot chocolate drinks were lovely! My daughters enjoyed banana milkshakes and home-made chips. Prices very reasonable. They have a lovely selection of food and cakes! The staff are very friendly and service is quick. Will visit again to try out more of the menu!

Only looks like a village shop from the front but inside there's plenty of tables and a lovely garden. Never imagined that I would get excited about a sausage sandwich but the sausages were perfectly cooked and the sourdough bread was great.

We’ve been to Gibbon Bridge on several occasions over the years and it was always excellent. We couldn’t fault the staff, they were friendly and attentive. I noticed that some of the dishes have been on the menu for years. The food was lovely. The dessert menu was somewhat boring. Apple pie, sticky toffee pudding, crème brûlée etc. What I did object to was being charged almost £9 for a glass of Prosecco!! I’ve paid less in Manchester and Cheshire. A pleasant enough evening, but I don’t think we’ll go out of our way to return. We have an excellent 4 star restaurant on our doorstep, think we’ll stick to that

The best Sunday roast going, service was spot on, the gravy and the beef where the best I’ve ever tasted, topped off with the best Yorkshire pudding I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced and lovely big portions, would 1000% go again

Excellent homely proper pub grub! Portion size is massive. Went with my family 13 of us and we all had a brilliant meal couldn't fault it. Super friendly staff will definitely return. Thank You
