Manager is absolutely rude. She likes to jump to conclusions and act without thinking which is so unproffessional in a job manner of a manager. I think youse should hire a better manager and sort this girls head out because her service is vile

Bought these chips at 4-30 they have been cooked from dinner time and was very dry and total rubbish was awful not buying from them again

Absolutely vile!! Everything we ordered went in the bin apart from kids chicken strips. 1st Kebab had burger sauce all over which I didn't ask for and hate burger sauce so they sent a fresh one out which was luke warm and like rubber! They asked for the wrong kebab back as well which they got but why would you want it back! Donner Calazone was soggy, bland and inedible chips we're like cardboard! Absolutely disgusting and a waste of £30 don't know if they've changed cooks but its disgusting been ordering from here for years and won't be ordering again!

Over the last few months ive had quite a few greggs. Whenever ive had a pastie from here the filling has always tasted uncooked. Bought an festive bake in a city center store a few days ago that was magic. Bought one here and it just tasted like gloop. Same with a cheese and onion a few weeks ago. Been a greggs fan for years but Belle Vale just doesnt cut it im afraid. Staff are lovely but the pasties are just awful.

Very poor service, order was canceled and restaurant stated it was closed but on checking online and via a phone call this place was very much open. It is obvious this restaurant had manually cancelled the order due not being arsed fulfilling and providing the service

I order without of butter and they served with butter? What was the word for …. ? By the way you can wait sometime 25 min for one toast! Thank you. By they way TESCO and local restaurant IS MUCH BETTER SERVICE!
