Food standard 1 joke won't be going in

The Best Chicken Chaw man I've had in a long time .

Ordered personally in the chippy,food was brought out in dribs and drabs,so was left by the counter while the rest was still being cooked,wasn't happy as it was going cold while waiting for the rest,so their attitude was to give us our money back,...their reason was because they are so busy...I was a paying customer just like the rest,but they just concentrate on the online and phone orders,(dont know how because u cant get thru on the phone,but while in the chippy they are taking personal mobile orders)rather than the customer who goes in personally....didn't want money back,just wanted hot food which wasn't cheap.....got home,one soup was warm while the other was steaming,prawn crackers were stale,sui mai's were cold and ribs were like rubber.....we've been regular customers since they first opened,but since new people have took over the attitude,service and food has all gone downhill I'm afraid....time to look for a better place .....would not recommend this place to anyone

Placed order for pizza paid for extra toppings and come with no extras on but been charged

5 star food and service. Every time we order food is hot and fresh. Fast delivery wide range of menu best chippy around can't fault anything. Highly recommend doner wrap and spring rolls best we've ever tasted. Lovely friendly staff.

Wow this is the worst take away I have ever had ..Never ate one thing it was vile cold and under cooked Chop suey roll come frozen you couldn't even cut it to it Prawn toast wasn't cooked Prawn crackers where stale Just really bad 👎

Special chow main was just dry noodles with a few pieces of meat, onion and 4 or so peppers. Chips soggy. Won't be ordering again

Food never arrived. Called for thirty minutes line busy (others probably asking where their food is ) or it just rang out. Ordered online so also tried contacting them this way no response

2 Hour wait no answer when calling still took money wouldn’t recommend

Had a takeaway for the first time last week and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! Will be going again. 👍

Chips were filthy warm ups, hot n sour soup was the worst one I've ever it had no flavour and in a square tub which I s new to me. Salt n pepper chicken was meh.Sausage was like leather so tough it was well a warm up from the previous night . Nasty this place

Meals gone up £3 to £5 absolute rip off when your buying 3 or more not buying again taking the mick that much price increase

It's very poor service and food I'm the inspector for many restaurants around Merseyside and I will be honest it's one of the worst places I'm required to try 5 things so I tried a chicken fried rice aburger a wrap a chips and salt and pepper chicken and it was all disgusting apart from the donner wrap which was just about barrable if you want I kebab I suggest the village takeaway in woolton village or friends kebab house in smithdown or if you want Chinese go to woolton fish and chips and Chinese/Cantonese cuisine in woolton village if you want fish and chips go to the abbey fryer please for your own good just don't waste your money their although out of all the takeaways and restaurants I suggested woolton fish and chips and Chinese is by far one of the best in liverpool I have been going there since I was 8.

We tried her as someone had said how nice it was so glad we did salt and pepper chicken is amazing and best chippy chips 😍 curry sauce was lovley too and everything was piping hot will be ordering again this is our new chippy thanks guys!

Delicious food everytime no matter what you order.

Food wasn’t nice ,was leftovers warmed back up.takes about 15 minutes to get a bag of chips wouldn’t recommend

Just round the corner so we pop in quite often and its always lovely and fresh . The chips are amazing and huge portions!

Best fish and chips in the area, easily. 100% recommend. Fish is ENORMOUS. Chip portions are enormous too. You might notice an orange tint to the batter of the fish, but don't let that put you off because it tastes divine. Super flaky and warm, with a crispy batter.

Good food and great environment
