McDonald's in Liverpool

The staff were very badly treated by us

Calling this place a dump is an insult to the dump! It's 9pm at night and you can't even place your order inside McDonald's, only delivery or drive-in! What do I do if I don't have a car? Do I walk with the cars?; Ridiculous

Forgot items and items we received were cold

Food was stale and i was missing the big mac, the main thing I ordered

Order was missing a meal, I ordered a wrap which was the wrong flavour I couldn’t eat because I can’t get bbq sauce. Missing a drink off a meal and what food did come was cold

Big Mac had no sauce or lettuce and also there was one medium chips instead of two small chips

I’m am fuming the 2nd McDonald’s I have ordered today and both of them back come cold didn’t get my triple cheeseburger its not hard to put a burger in the bag if you can’t do that then must be something wrong with you that has done my head in I want a full refund

My local McDonald's. Really messy inside. Photo does not justify how bad it was. Probably had a party there and mess left over, but in the 15 mins I was there nobody attempted cleaning etc. puts you off food. Burgers on floor, mess everywhere. You would clean it as a priority.

The minecraft toys never arrived with the food. We picked certain food that we would not normally and paid more to receive the toys and none came. We now have unhappy kids.

even though the order was slightly earlier than expected the food was freezing and we had to reheat the food. it was that cold the cheese on the mc crispy was solid like plastic!

How can you forget 20 nuggets off a order

Not a terrible McDonald’s and usually serves me quite quickly. Though, when ordering online, there have been numerous times where they have either got my order wrong or have arrived a while later, leaving my food cold when arriving. I do live quite close so there isn’t much of an excuse for it to be cold when arriving. Overall, would just go inside or through the drive thru, that way I know my order will be correct and my food will be warm.

Went through the drive thru was asked to park up and wait for order to be delivered to car after waiting over 15 minutes I decided to go inside to question where the order was only for a bunch of young staff to look over at me puzzled they had no Idea of what was going on the young manager came over and said I'll do your order now then put together a different order not mine and had to search for recipe to find the right order it took around 30 minutes from placing our order before I finally received it and when we checked it the temperature was barely warm we will not be returning there this place is poorly managed with inexperienced young staff that can not keep up with the orders

Ordered two meals and the expected delivery time kept increasing until 25 minutes later when the delivery eventually left. At this point the expected delivery time continued to increase which meant the food was inevitably going to be cold. When it did arrive the bag was ripped open and the food was inedible. The coffee was cold, chips like frozen cardboard and everything else was cold. All had to be put in the bin which was a waste of money and a waste of time!

Never arrived after waiting 2.5 hours for the order it never showed up.

Ordered at 17:07 arrived 18:07. Timer changed around 10/12 times increasing by 5 minutes everytime. From the first delivery time it announced the driver was there to collect. When the food arrived it was all cold this is more surprise as I live less than half a mile from the restaurant

Constant Terrible service from the belle vale Liverpool restaurant. Staff do not care about what they’re serving customers. Both burgers came with no bun on top and large fries came with hardly any inside the container. Very poor quality. Wont be ordering from there again.
