McDonald's in Liverpool

Absolutely shocking! I ordered a delivery at 6.15pm, saying it was going to be 35 minutes, now it's saying 7.35pm. Disgraceful service, changing drivers etc on Uber eats. Will not be using this McDonald's again 🤬🤬

I ordered from belvale and he went all the way to menlove avenue my food is freezing my chicken nuggets didn’t come i want a full refund its not right

Didn't turn up! ordered at 4.45pm spoke to restaurant a number of times who were blaming the driver but the driver wasn't assigned it was just saying preparing order! When I spoke to the restaurant they said the order had gone in the bin as it had been sat there for so long! Restaurant told me to speak to just eat, just eat told me to speak to the restaurant! After speaking to the restaurant and being told the order had gone in the bin the order status turned to delivered! Still no food at 19.07

Food arrived on time. Lovely and hot. Order was perfect with nothing missing. Dips and straws included too.

Order arrived delivery guy was very nice , ordered banana milkshake not there no dips or napkins no straws this is not the. First time this has happened either !

When I put the order in I asked for 2 large fries. They looked like they were medium not large.

ordered as the delivery was 10-25 minutes and 1 and a half hour later finally got my food

The driver attempted to say cise was wring after showing him at least 6 times still attenptwd to refise to give us the food then the food was soaking wet snd freezing cold disgusted

was on prepare for ages they kept changing my delivery time , the food was ice cold i did try warm it in mircowave but it wasnt the same just binned it the ,milkshake was like a cup of foam was lookimg forward to that , delivery man was on foot .

My food was not delivered at all we are still waiting for this

The food delivered was not our order and would’ve cost less than half our order . The food that was delivered was stone cold . Driver couldn’t care less and wanted to go asap . Terrible

Good freezing had to bring it back to the restaurant and get it redone

I dont like this place. If You Like cold food that tastes Like it’s been sat there for a week, and bad from staff members, this is the place for you. The food always arrives freezing cold, tastes funny and they refused to change my order when all I asked was not to put ice in my drink, but she said she had already added the ice and is not replacing the drink. I really don’t know why this was such an issue. She could have just taken the ice out. I’ve been in the store before and ordered a vegan burger and they severed me a plain bun and then laughed at me when I told them about it and had me waiting twenty minutes before even telling the cooks to make a new one. Everytime we get delivery, there are food or drink items missing and uber eats refuses to refund even items that are missing. I don’t think that’s fair. I’m really starting to think ordering from here has to stop.

pathetic food was not even my food for the 7th time this year

Waited over an hour for food my son was that hungry he ended up eating a piece of toast and fell asleep before the food even got here tried to phone resuteant and no answer and then after over an hour of waiting my drinks where missing !!!

Ordered grilled chicken wrap and the chicken was frozen solid, which suggests it was taken out the packaging and put straight onto the wrap and not grilled. And the chips where hard and cold. When trying to contact the restaurant no one answered the phone. Will not come to this restaurant again.

The food was all cold it was order at 16:50 and not delivered till 18:04 I even went the restaurant to pick it up before it had left and was told it was gone when I was stood next to my delivery driver this is not acceptable and I want a full refund

Joke!! Never ordering again. Just eat sent to incorrect address (2 roads named the same in the city!!??) sent messages to cancel/deliver to correct address. Driver rang me 3 times to confirm new address and would deliver there, I confirmed with code STUPIDLY and so the driver said it was delivered. Out of pocket yet again by this awfully ran company. Surprised this place is still going. Uber eats all the way.

the chips and burger were very cold, the app says the courier was there for ages before he left and then to ta while you get to us. not pleasant eating 😤

Order 6.13pm, said delivery time was between 15-30mins which meant should arrive 6.30-6.45pm, placed order an paid changed to order arriving 6.40pm-7pm then changed to 7.05 an then to 7.10 an then finally arrived 7.17pm ice cold with missing item

we ordered food and drinks and only got drinks

no condiments again it happens all the time

i ordered 10 curry sauces and only got 5 so i got charged an extra 50p i also ordered 5 fruit bags but only got 4 and a carrot bag (i am severely allergic to carrots)

Order was late and when the courier arrived he had 3 drinks which were spilt and no food non of the order was available and the courier did not speak English to help.

Ended out going through the drive thru as car park was packed solid. I much prefer going in to collect my order then I can check it is correct when given to me. Very slow service. Very rarely go as food is average and they usually get something wrong with the order.

This place is a diabolical joke. Ordered 5 items and 3 of them were wrong and it even wasn't while busy time of the day and cashiers are mumbling and whispering the order numbers into their pockets so you couldn't hear them and then even gave me a face as she had to repeated it 3 times. Overal condition here is simple to describe...scruff. Spilt food and drinks by one table and guy who has been moping the floor literally ignored it and mopped around it and kept going to mopping a tiny lane forward. 15mins later and that mess is still there. I won't come back here even for free food. Food itself was alright.

No food ever arrived. Wouldn’t let me cancel the order and said it would be delivered between 17:40 - 18:00. Final I get a message to say it’s delivered? My Type One diabetic son is struggling now. Thanks McDonalds and Just-Eat. Patricia x

None of the three dips I ordered with chicken selects we in the bag. We also had no straws for drink

Food was very cold and had to be reheated and I think as this order was quite small the delivery was held back for some time as it was later than expected!

The food as usual has missing items and the food that did come is all wet and soggy. This happens all the time from this McDonald’s? How can you not check the bag before sending it out? Happens all the time

All way been one of the better Mc, Donalds ive been to, good service, Its just that there are alway more delivery guys waiting in side than customers, that put me slitly off it, aspecialy late at night.!

Good only lukewarm, I’m only 5 mins away so should still be hot! Every time I order there is something missing g! It’s not rocket science fgs!!!!
