Mario Pizza in Liverpool

Just received this flyer through the door, don't believe the food hygiene rating on it. Checked gov.uk food standards agency, not even been inspected yet. Advise everyone who gets these through the door to check food standards first, unless you want to take a risk with your health.

Very poor service, order was canceled and restaurant stated it was closed but on checking online and via a phone call this place was very much open. It is obvious this restaurant had manually cancelled the order due not being arsed fulfilling and providing the service

Had food delivered from here for a couple of years now. Everything is good. Apart from the fries. Most are hard and crispy. Pizza and Everything else is good. 👍

I had garlic bread and a chicken kebab oh and fries It was hot and tasty. Best take away I've had in a good while

Failed to deliver - twice. I would not recommend.

Calzone good and soft, plenty of cheese filling and meat not spicey as menu said it should be, also tahini sauce was a bit runny but had a good taste

Really impressed with our order especially the pizzas, delicious good quality ingredients and prompt delivery time. Would definitely order again.

Love Mario pizza they do great pizza and kebabs never had a bad meal from here highly recommend it

Was almost an hour late, had rung the restaurant repeatedly but phone was off the hook and didnt even ring, so cancelled order with just eat.

Would not let me give zero stars or I would have. Waited over an hour, only half the order came an the half that did come was freezing cold and wrong. When we tried to ring to complain, they had shut early. Disgusting, advise not to go

Apparently I've been banned from this takeaway due to my behaviour towards them! I ordered a few weeks ago and ordered my pizza at 6.30pm, 9.30pm comes and goes and still no pizza and I phone them up saying I'm not happy they hang up and arrive at 10pm with my pizza! 3 and a half hours later I told them I wasn't happy and they had the worst customer service ever and now I've been banned because of their fault! I have told all my friend in the Belle Vale and Gatecare area never to order from them again!
