The Last Minute Pizza in Liverpool

Been waiting 2.5 hours for my food my advice the worse restaurant in uk I strongly advise To keep away from this restaurant absolutely disgusting

Ordered food 2 and half hours ago still isn’t here. Shop told me 50 minutes ago food was out for delivery. Just called back and they said hang on it shouldn’t be to much longer!!! The driver had 4 drops to do!! So my food has been in the car for 50 minutes. Already paid for the food I would of told them to leave it literally live 1 mile from the shop disgrace won’t be ordering again

Ordered a pizza for tea. It arrived just before midnight. An absolute p***take. Will never use again. Hours and hours. I live 1 mile away.

Had plenty of takeaways at “last minute” Always turns up, alway sound, always sorts me out when smashed, anyone fuming over delivery time don’t order from “last minute” and expect fast service it’s your last stop last chance for food when smashed and always sorts you out belter

Great service, my food (pizza and chips) arrived freezing cold due to an accident that had happened with one of the drivers (told this on the phone) phoned the shop who dealt with it so amazing and professional they couldn’t apologise enough and got me a fresh pizza and chips sent straight out which was gorgeous and piping hot, would 1000% recommend last minute pizza as their food is always beautiful and on the extremely rare occasion where something like this happens they deal with it so well, couldn’t fault them thank you very much to all the staff and management for sorting out my issue with fresh new food thank you again

Absolutely shocking, awful customer service. Waited hours for food to be delivered ten minutes away from my house. Rang 1 hour after ordering and they said “it’s just cooking now, the driver is on his way back” why does it take over an hour to start cooking pizza and chips!

Ordered two special burgers came without donna but the lovely manager sorted things for us by sending out a tray, has made a craving pregnant lady very happy.

Ordered a mixed kebab with chilli tahini and garlic mayo sauce with extra flat bread and kids chicken nugget meal at 17 20 food arrived at 19 15 I rang at 18 30 for an update and they said 5 mins. When the food did arrive the sauces the flat bread and the kids meal were missing and what we had was cold. A waste of £25 pound which I will calling the shop for to get back.I rang to complain and the guy on the phone was abrupt didn’t want to know. I Will never use them again and if you read this please don’t use them. Order somewhere else absolutely awful.

I got my food late but it is good, I'm definitely going to order from here but I'll make sure that it will be much earlier than this time.

I have been getting pizza for many years last minute was always the best ordered today my favourite pizza hot and spicy totally different what happened to the spicy beef really disappointed won’t be ordering again real shame

Awful quality of food... called to chase up food order an received a unprofessional attitude from manager/ owner (Jamal). Jamal lied, laughed an put phone down. I advise anyone to stay clear as this was my worst takeaway experience. I certainly will not be eating here again.

Kebab was more cremated than me gran. Rather eat dog food. Paid extra for a naan ended up with a pita and hair.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Their customer service is awful, I place and order at 10pm and said it would arrive around 10:25pm then at 10:40pm I phoned to enquire where my food was and I was told that the driver could not find my building, he then handed me to another man who said the driver was phoning me when he was not and that he was outside when he again was not. I then requested that they refund my money instead of receiving the food as at this point would not be eatable, this is when the worker turned rude and told me to not shop at his place again because I did not want soggy food, he then hung up on me. After waiting 20 mins for the refund to go through which is what it took when I cancelled the order because of mistakes I still had not received it and I still have not

Waited over an hour for food (was told 40 minutes when we ordered) .... food arrived cold and soggy and partly order missing. When we called to find out where it was ...they told us it was a mistake on their order and it would take 48 hours to correct it. Guy on the phone just laughed and found it all amusing. First time ordering with them ....definitely my last. Only have one star being no stars was not an option

Date of visit 04/08/19. Been going here for years, got one last night. It's gone right down the nick since change of management. Everything over cooked and tough, donner meat so thin it's see thru and looks like it's just all lashed in the box. Not worth the money. Bring back Danny & Ali.
